This drama is really not bad overall, and there is even a surprising ending detail which I did not expect. But, this drama really is not for everyone. I mean, it starts out pretty well, and you are very interested in the story, but, then it becomes a little bit awkward. Since the girl our main character likes the father and is also his son's love interest. Not to mention, she is read more his son's age rather than the father's ( main character) age and there is at least a 30 year age gap between father and son it becomes quite awkward.

So, we as the viewer start to become very weirded out, and although the romance is cute, it is really problematic to our minds when we dwell on it. I have no real problem with age in general, and I enjoyed the dramas called: I love Lee Taeri, the Prime Minister and I, Big ( at first, until the story went downhill, I was fine with the the age gap). All of these dramas have huge age gaps, the biggest age gap from these dramas was 14 years.

I would not have minded the age gap so much if perhaps, the son was not in love with the same girl. But, I guess that cannot be helped. For those of you that have problems with age gaps, at least know what you are getting into before you watch it. But, I still recommend you at least try watching it. It may not be so bad for you. Plus, the romance gets kind of boring and in the end I did not care who she went with.

The romance in this drama was secondary to the father- son bromance ( I don't know what else to call it), that was happening in this drama. I loved those scenes and I want to rewatch this drama just for those scenes alone. So, if you love bromance scenes, this is a drams for you, as long as you can get through the first few episodes with little to no bromance. Then, bromance scenes start and the drama becomes adorable. I know why it was beating Pinocchio for ratings now. Despite the boring parts this drama had more bromance than Pinocchio.

I enjoyed the music overall and the overall acting was very good. I officially love Lee Joon as an actor. I am going to have to go back and watch all his movies and dramas. The plot overall was quite interesting and I did not mind the plot holes as much. Anyway, I would recommend you give this drama a try, but, if you don't like it, it's okay this drama is not for everyone.

The show started out really cute...I loved the fantasy and the comedy.
Then it started lagging, and I ended up fast forwarding a bit. Lots of fillers which got boring at times.
There is romance, but it gets overweighed by the father son relationship. That seemed the most interesting part of the drama. It transitioned from hatred to pure love, and the process was really heartwarming.
Overall: Not bad, but not great read more either. It was a good watch especially as I was in the process of waiting for all the other dramas to finish, as I usually watch when they finish airing.

The movie is about a father who dies but then gets another chance to bond with his son. He becomes a high schooler and tries to become his son's best friend. HILARIOUS!

Definitely not a drama that everyone would like but I personally LOVED it! I think it deserved a chance. The bromance is adorable, the main leads are cute and easy to deal with (if you can ignore the major age gap and weird love triangle going on). I think it'd be a cute and enjoyable drama to watch if your not a major critic, or looking for something a little more than just entertainment. Pfft, i already watched this drama twice and I personally gave it a super high rating. Don't just judge based on the comments loves! Because there were many comments here that criticized the drama, I have thought that maybe I would not like it as much. However, it turned out to be really easy to watch, and I actually really liked it. I have found the romance cute and the bromance was great to watch as well. For me, the actors portrayed the feelings realistically. The drama was funny as well (mostly in the first half), so overall I gave it a high rating.

I really like this drama, it was surprisingly beyond my expectation. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it was mine and a very sweet one at that.

@docnty dude. I checked your profile.you are a man like me. I always saw you commenting all in the drama I check. You really hate love triangle huh. But most of the love triangle drama is targeting female audience. And most female like or loves those kind of things.

i always wished that there would be a korean drama where i guess, we wouldn't know who the main lead was, and thus, we also wouldn't be sure who the girl will pick. i get tired of seeing how the lead actress always picks the same type of guy.....it get frustrating.

I find Tiger year born male actor acting annoys the hell out of me. But somehow i am attracted female tiger acting. I find male tiger rushing into everything. No patience. I checked every kdrama actor who born in tiger year. Its astonishing all of them have same probel, Too much energy in them to do drama. Male dog is best for drama because they like argument and kinda drama queen. They always have something to say

Lead actress annoys me with her nosy voice. She has perfect nose. She has to thank the plastic surgeon

I'm not saying she's the best actress. And I 100% understand everyone has their preferences, but some of her roles actually suit her voice really well.

its relative. if you do not like someone acting you have to find out why. Its like chinese drama . i could watch all wuxia drama and even historical chinese drama. But can't stand normal drama because chinese language irrritates me as it become more focussed. One main reason i like watching kdrama more than japanese and chinese , i like the korean language sound

I liked at the beginning but it ended up "meh". It didn't match with my expectations.
The end was not well done.

Never have I ever really disliked the main protagonist this much. I'm hoping that GoBong/Shin Hyung repents... in fact that is the only thing keeping me watching, besides Lee Joon. If nothing else, watch the part where Lee Joon does ballet in the living room.

I'd say watch this for the comedy and because of Lee Joon. His acting is phenomenal and the character is point on! He's definitely improved as an actor! :D
