Her plans are complicated by an unexpected romance developing between them, as well as the numerous pursuers hot on their trail. Kieko (Uehara Takako) is a read morefamous Japanese singer who also gets tangled up in a relationship with this man. If I was rating this for Rain alone, then I would give it all 10s. LOL The story is good, but so drawn out. They could have easily done this in 16 episodes. It is funny, romantic, sad, and action packed, then there is all this unnecessary story with unnecessary characters. At times I was bored out of my mind and toward the end I skipped pretty much everything with Nakamura and read more James "Bong". It ends well though.

Rain is just too cute playing the funny and smart Ji Woo. The way he speaks in this drama is charming. I enjoyed his character development from materialistic to a caring depth. Lee Jung Jin is also very charming and has a beautiful smile. I appreciated his down to earth portrayal of Detective Do Soo. Yoon Jin Seo is too cute as Soran when she is chasing her “oppa”. Jin Yi was an obviously deep character that is just wasted by Lee Na Young's horrible acting. She had no chemistry with Ji Woo or with Kai. I'm a Daniel Henney fan, but his portrayal of Kai leaves a lot to be desired. I really didn't connect with his character at all. The rest of the characters were just a waste of time except the "bad guys" who are necessary.

Even if you don't watch the drama, then you should check out MBLAQ's "Running & Running" and Jae's "Poison".

I might rewatch parts of this to see Rain's smile and goofiness.

If you are looking for something that isn't very deep and you need a Rain fix, then I would recommend this drama.

I only watched this drama coz of rain and henney. This drama was just full and busy I mean so many things going on in all the countries. Rain was spectacular being so playful and witty I found myself rewinding esp at the office when lee na came over for a consult. The acting was good and I wouldve seriously hoped for 16 episodes so that they it would make it more intense read more anyways the side characters did awsome too. Daniel spoke a lot of english and lee na responded in korean and it was alil annoying.

They both have private dectetives who do anything for money and women, but have a sense of justice of some sort. The main leads in both series have the same vibe. The only difference between the dramas is the sci-fi focus on The Crossing Hero, but even in the action, Ji Woo and Hong Xiao Dong are two sides of the same coin. If you like Fugitive you will like TCH.

They both have that cross of action and romantic comedy. I kept thinking that Rain should have been casted for this part, though I loved Eric Mun.

Oh alright! As far as there is romance and they don't separate or die, I am ready to watch it! Thank you.

The drama was nothing spectacular. Too much repetitive scenes and situations. It became utterly boring after a while.

Is it just me or the annotation above gives the wrong feeling and the emphasis somehow is also made wrongly...

I was wondering... is this really a love triangle? The summary makes it look that way, but the poster seems pretty decided...

I need more such dramas! Action, detective, both main actors are great at fighting and of course ROMANCE!!!!
well, of course i think 20 episode was a little too much, and at the beginning all that running and slaping our handsome Rain from time to time was a little bit overboard... but the idea, the concept, the feeling, the soundtracks were just brilliant! So it's a 9 from me!

I love this drama but why does that bitch keep slapping him sometimes he's done nothing wrong or something that can be justified. All the female characters are annoying except for the villainous ones and keiko

Hello :)). Is this a romance drama or how much is the romance in the story?

There is romance in it... But if you're really looking for 'cute romance couple time' (from the main couple), then no.

-- I think purplenette's review on this drama is spot on.
