Straight 10s. This is what a perfect drama is like. God bless tvN and grant it prosperity. This is the most pleasant surprise of 2015 and will be for a while. I started it with high expectations but it exceeded all of them.

Perfect writing; no holes or no loose ends. Everything is connected brilliantly. The amount of pain and laughter are balanced wonderfully. The characters are well-written and the actors have read more done a perfect job performing them. Chapeau to the writer, the director and the cast.

To actually fall in love with Choi Kang Hee was something I never imagined but after this drama there was no way I wouldn't. I hope she's OK after playing the role.

A realistic approach of traumas and pain. No forgiveness simply granted. People do commit crimes and make mistakes. Not everyone is redeemed just because the drama is ending. How one person's not confessed crime would haunt so many people. Family and its complications. All are tackled in the drama.

Now comes the most bewitching theme; love. Hey! Hey! I'm someone who vowed to stay single forever! This drama had made me want to date again! Insane! How true people are to their feelings. No noble idiocy, no unnecessary self-blame, no giving up, no escaping. I'm feeling this way I'll be true to my feelings and simply confess and take responsibility. If you can't recognise your own feelings I'll help you but I won't give up on you. The past grudges won't stand in the way of our love because you simply mean the world to me. '' I either see you or die. And since I can't die I'll just see you.'' No shame or pretense when it comes to physical love. I want you, I express it. '' Love for me is touching''. Honest and realistic but so moving. Memorable in every aspect!

Though at the beginning I was worried about the second female lead but she thankfully found the right track. Every character has its own tale and every one can relate to each tale.

The OSTs and the music are so distinctive and soooooooooo suitable.

I will definitely re-watch it if ever have the time.

I had no idea when I started watching this drama that I would love it. Also, my girlfriend who has never watched a drama with me actually watched this entire drama and liked it. She was really annoyed at some of the angsty parts, but enjoyed it over all. This drama is well written and the directing and acting is excellent. I think this has a good balance of silly vs angst. read more I am not a huge fan of rom/com, but this had just enough melodrama also. I really love how the writer has the main couple communicate and that their issues don't last very long. It makes for a nice paced drama. I really think it is hard to go into much of the story line with out revealing spoilers. However, there is one point that I think is really important. Holding in secrets and lies will eat at your soul. Also, no one can be happy with you if you aren't happy by yourself

Side note: I have read people that are upset because Yi Seok calls Hong Do ";ugly" through this drama. Normally I would agree, but he is doing it at first because she wouldn't believe him when he said she was pretty so she wouldn't trust him and follow him to recovery. Later he calls her that as a form of endearment. I don't think in any way the writer meant that as Yi Seok putting Hong Do down.

Chun Jung Myung is one of the most natural actors. His portrayal of Yi Seok is emotional and I was completely invested in his character. Choi Kang Hee is not everyone's favorite actress, but I like her. She was perfect as the troubled and quirky Hong Do. Poor Lee Jae Yoon as Detective Jang. Will he ever be in a drama where he gets the girl? Or at least the girl he is originally in love with? Ahn So Hee is so cute as Se Ro. I enjoyed her character immensely. She seems cocky and shallow, but she is really caring. It is amazing that she came from that family.
Jin Hee Kyung really knows how to pay the crazy biatch mother (I'm not even sure or her name). I really hated her from beginning to end. The other actors are good too.

I really enjoyed the music in this drama.

I will probably rewatch this at some point.

If you like a good love story with some comedy and some melodrama that is paced well, then I think you would enjoy this drama.

while the IB has the male lead as the introvert character, HTH has the female lead as the introvert character, overall they're both good series

It has the same vibe: imperfect people dealing with real problems. There is no magic pill in either one of these dramas. Both have psychiatrists who have their own issues to deal with, and patients who have to learn that it takes a real desire to get better. Love helps, of course, but what you really need is hard work and sometimes medication.

Finished! Rating this drama was also difficult. Towards the end there are some episodes I didn't like and I found it hard to sit through. Second leads couple took so long for me to like, but when it hit, it did hit home hard. I love them at the end! The male lead's ex-girlfriend was quite a pointless character and she did take up so much air time in the beginning.

The main couple really made the entire show for me. I loved their chemistry. Their characters were so fresh and so cute together. I don't mind this show lacking in its psychological side. I don't think it was their point from the start. I enjoyed how his *Heart* touched her *Heart* and she became better :p

Overall, the drama has the most skinship I've seen so far, has the cutest moments, and became a rollercoaster ride that wrapped up smoothly at the end. And god knows how much I loved Hongdo's house. I wanna live there ♡

Its a heartwarming little drama, too bad they went for the typical extremely convenient "Kdrama cliche" towards the end.

Wow, when we thought the story would run its course from start to finish, we see a turnaround happen.
"Heart to Heart" was cool, there are little missteps of scenes like the pole in front of the Cha Hong-Do house that starts precariously of wood and then transforms into a steel pole. There is a scene where the left-hand headlamp of the Ko Yi-Seok car suffers an electric shock and finally the apparition of a cameramen inside the expensive one of Ko Se-Ro.
Overall the drama was well written and well performed, I loved it, I enjoyed it very much, besides Ko Se-Ro being very pretty I liked her acting.
The bizarre and funny point is that of the cardboard bulldog in the office of Ko Sang-Gyu for a moment I thought it was for real but the animal never moved, I suspected. (Rsssss)
Heart to Heart is K-Drama of romance, comedy and very good drama would give an eight by the set, it's worth watching.

This is one of those dramas that gets better and better through every episode.
For me, the best part about this drama is the character development.
Especially Ko Se Ro. She started as a character that seems obnoxious and childish, but towards the end, she really grew as a person.

    A shame she won't get to be with her crush, right? I mean, that's pretty obvious thanks to poster spoilers and what not u__u Anyway... he's so patient and nice... T^T I would be naive to hope for them to be together but... ugh! ;w;

I saw this while it originally aired and was quite surprised with its lingering and endearing quality. I was so taken by it, it drew me in harder and faster then most dramas do. I really enjoying this series, it is sweet with no distasteful sub plots but yet with some mystery. I love Hong-Doe,so different but with a heart that pumps deep compassion and Yi-Seok is like a Jack Russell Terrier, and with more sincerity then 1st impressions would imply and absolutely loveable. It seems each of them will take part in the triple crown of attachment: friend and counselor and lover- all for a healing heart- LOVE it.
