This drama is full of humor, love and friendship. The relationship that all of the five friends have is amazing. They stand by each other and care for each other so much. They each have the people that they love and that is a big part but there is also their art that they are so passionate about. They each touch each others lives to much. This is one of the most read more touching dramas I have watched. The relationship that each of the friends have with each other and the ones that they love are so special and touching. I have never been much for friendship dramas but this really moved me. Each character was so special. This is a very good watch.

This is a drama that goes against all the clichés most dramas have. After I started watching dramas a year before, I noticed that my expectations of a relationship got higher and higher. Because generally love and friendship we see are so pure and beautiful. However, real life is much more different most of the time.

Honey and Clover also has romance and friendship. But it doesn't mean that you get what read more you wish for the characters every time. I really loved being surprised by the chain of events and the way the characters reacted to them. When you watch this drama, you will feel close to each character because their story lines are parts of our lives.

The acting was very good and you can see that they improve along the episodes as well. I love the ending song and seeing the characters doing something fun at the end of every episode. Overall I recommend this drama as it is about art, life experiences, decisions and issues of love.

Both of these dramas center around college life and friendship. While Honey & Clover has a more slice of life feel, the friendship theme is still very strong. Both of these drama star Narimiya Hiroki as a supporting role. I like the realistic and subdued tone of both of these dramas.

The show's theme song called Canvas by Hirai Ken hits me right in the feels. The theme song matches well with the show.

No one will always get what they want. Honey and Clover is a Japanese Manga adaptation from the same name featuring five college students and their days to achieve their dream and their love triangles. This is too beautiful... I really like Takemoto Yuta. He is so adorable, pure, lighthearted and a baka xD. His journey made emotionally invested. I will surely watch it again. It felt very nice every time I see their friendship. It left me with a deep impression.

I decided to watch Honey and Clover mainly becoz of Ikuta Toma. Toma did impress me again in this drama, which is much different from his role as Nakatsu in HanaKimi. The story went so slow that I almost stopped watching it if not for Toma, but it got more interesting towards the end of the drama. Good art direction, and the artworks used in the drama are also impressive. Ayumi and Mayama are my favorite couple.

I started watching this because I liked the anime so much, I figured I would like the drama. It's nothing like the anime. They changed story lines and it's nowhere near as funny as the anime. :/

This drama is soooo underestimated. I haven't seen too many episodes, so my opinion might change, but! So far, this drama has honestly been the absolute best Japanese drama I've ever seen! I LOVE IT!

Wow doremeduck...your comment and your review are miles apart. In the beginning I get easily hooked as well, but sometimes it's hard to stick through till the end. Even though it's Toma I couldn't bring myself to finish this (him not ending up with the girl...isn't something so new^^ but seriously Honey and Clover made it unbearable)

Wow. I did not even remember posting this comment. I don't know, I just felt like the drama had a ton of potential, but lost it during the middle.
