Both adress the private life of a person dealing with a horrifiying desease. In the one that person is an adult. In the other- it's not.

Both have a male protagonist that is a convicted swindler who gets out on parole with the excuse of taking care of a family member. Both undergo significant changes, as tragic challenges await for them outside of prison.
One is a drama, the other a movie.

Although LNF follows the story of two adults loving after having a child, OMGB follows the story of the child and has similarities with both parents wanting custody. Both gave me similar vibes though, even if OMGB is much less romantic and much more slice-of-life melodrama-y (child had childhood alzheimers).

Both are about a young child who have an incurable disease that exist in the real world. Oh My Geum Bi is about an 8 year old who was diagnosed with Niemann-Pick Disease Type C which has been nicknamed childhood Alzheimer disease. Geum Bi is that 8 year old child and does her best to exercise her mind to keep the inevitable from happening... she is told because of her disease she will eventually wont be able to remember anything and will no longer be able to walk or take care of herself at all just like with an actual Alzheimer patient. To make matters worse, because of the disease her auntie that had been raising her couldn't handle raising such a sick kid and decides to abandon her one day and only gave her information about her biological dad and to go find him to have him raise her. But that biological dad is a criminal scammer who ends up arrested... can this man clean up his life and take the responsibility of properly raising his child? What will he do when he finds out about her disease? That's where this story begins.
It sounds fairly similar to the theme of this drama and so if you like one, you will probably enjoy the other. I personally loved Oh My Geum Bi because of many things but mostly I was glad to know that this disease exists!

Both dramas focus on family and things we do to help our family. Both heart warming dramas with excellent performances from the child actors. Grab some tissues as you may shed a tear or 2 from these dramas

I am simplifying it and ignoring the parent's stories, but both focus on supporting a child through her illness and coming closer as a family to do so. While the parentage isn't that complicated in Wonder Life and after the diagnosis of the daughter Han Shin Bi, the focus shifts from a love story to focus on family. If you want more of an emotional roller coaster, I would say watch Oh My Geum Bi. Both even have Lee Ji Hoon! Both are worth watching and shedding a few tears.
