Similar story 2 ML & 1 FL, friends from younger days until they getting older. A twist of youth love along the way. Ray Zhang too adorable as always! Both movies a must watch movies with different story line. Inseparable childhood friends Shou Heng and Cheng Shing have their world thrown into chaos when a new girl comes to town and falls for Shou Heng.

Tears for You is a love story about two step-siblings, Yota and Kaoru. Long ago, Yota's mother married Kaoru's jazz-playing father, effectively merging the two families. Unfortunately, Kaoru's father skipped town, and Yota's mother passed away, but not before imparting a dying wish to her young son to take care of Kaoru. In the meantime, the two young children were raised by Yota's grandmother on a small island off the coast of Okinawa. When Yota came of age, he took on a role not just as a brother but as a surrogate father of sorts for Kaoru, always working long hours on any number of jobs in order to support his sister's education.

Both are mini dramas in which the leads are non blood related siblings who fall in love.

Both are Japanese dramas in which the FL has an unusually close relationship with her brother. In WNTO, her brother dies and she falls in love with someone pretending to be her brother, in ANAK, she discovers they're not blood related and they fall in love.

Both have an unusually close relationship between the FL and the ML who she (wrongfully) believes is her brother. Both MLs know/find out they're not related first, but both have a flirty sort of relationship long before the FL finds out.

Both have an unusually close and later romantic relationship between the ML and FL who are either biological or (unknowingly) adopted relatives. Both MLs are very flirty, jealous, and over-protective of the FL who is younger and more immature.

both have similar, pastel-colored vibes, and both are of the comedy/shoujo genre. there's also love triangle (square? pentagon?) drama in both.

Both are about the growing romantic relationship between non blood related siblings (step vs. adopted). Both are set in school.

Setoka Tachibana is a high school girl who has bad luck with it comes to love. She has made countless love confessions to various boys in the past but they were all rejected from the get-go. She has no idea that her brother, Haruka, is actually behind all of it. Will things finally be able to change for the better when she meets new boy, Chiaki, or when her first love, Takane, turns up out of the blue?

Both dramas share similarities in the storyline and the nature of the relationship between ML & FL are the same: the FL was adopted and the ML swore to protect her. However, as they grow into teenagers, they become a bickering pair. ML develops romantic feelings for the girl who was raised to be a "sister", although they share no blood relationship. ML becomes protective and is constantly warding off all boys who get too close to his "sister".

Another sibling romance - a forbidden love, or is it? Should they pursue their siblings or choose the cute second male lead? In Ani Koma, the brother is very fond of her little sister, maybe too much for her to take. While in Liar x Liar, the older sister have a love and hate relationship with her playboy step brother. Both stories are funny and should not be taken seriously, something you’d watch to lighten up your day ^^

My Brother Loves Me too Much was mentioned on Go Ahead because the FL are in similiar position.
Even tho Go Ahead focused more on family issues, but both are good and fluff dramas to watch.
