If you'd like another slow-paced, sincere and kinda long but SO worth it drama with family value, then My Golden Life or My Father is Strange is one filled with that .
The stories are different but they both make you think of your family and close friends. And you grow close to all characters in the stories.
Both stores include a fake sibling phase too.

These both involve a chaebol family losing a child, those children being raised in average/poor families, and finally returning to their birth families.

If you love Mother of Mine then you might also love My Golden Life ! The two of them are similar in many ways : it shows the struggle of a family with the love-hatred relationship between sisters and mother's sacrifices to raise her children. It depicts the different aspects of every characters and the romance between the two main characters is also similar to the romance between Kang Miri and Han Taeju in Mother of Mine as it's about a man madly in love with a woman who wants to preserve her family and her work rather than start a relationship. As their family's situation seems to do nothing but getting them apart their love for eachothers can only grow stronger. Finally these two dramas are about the same number of episodes (about 50 episodes of 1hour).
Habitually I'm not very fond of dramas with a lot of episodes but these two were the exceptions, so don't miss My Golden Life out !!

Both have daughters that go missing/kidnapped from wealthy families and are raised by poor parents. Both find their real parents after 20 or so years. Both are about forgiveness and redemption.

Both dramas start with birth secrets; daughters separated from their family from a young age.
Work relationship between rich man and poor woman and disapproving parents, then similar breakups.
FL and ML are somehow related but not related.
Dear Heaven felt 'healthier' to watch. My Glden Life was more melodramatic.

There are so many similarities!
To start with
The dead twin-sister replacement.
A very protective 'older brother'.
Fake siblings.
Leads working at the family company.
And more...

in my life of kdramas ive only watched a few relatively long ones, these 2 I started thinking they might get boring and then ill drop them but they were both sooo good! if u like one i'd rec to try the other.
both have a very pitiful main lead in the beginning. In ugly alert its the ml and in my golden life its the fl. Both go from rich lives to poor ;-;
Personally, I liked ugly alert better. pls don't get intimidated by the episode count! i cant believe no one told me abt this gem before bc I ended up loving it sm!! if u think u wouldn't wanna watch smth over 100 eps, just trust me and first watch the first 10 eps and then decide if u wanna cont or not (I bet u will)

Family-focused drama as well, and one of the best ever.

I prefer my golden life, because of the higher dose of drama in it.. it's an emotional rollercoaster, and very realstic at the same time.

Both dramas have female lead who is long lost children of wealthy family. There is also someone who acts as this lost child, but in reality isn't one. Adoptive mother is favouring her biological child. In each of these histories secret is involved.

Both plots contain finding the missing daughter, but they are different.
Family; parents, siblings relationships
Something that almost became a brother-sister relationship
Female lead going through hardships, and male lead helping her up
Heartwarming characters

Same writer, another well written family drama with main lead as "Cinderella/Candy" hard working character with Makjang elements.

Same writer and main lead, while the plots are completely different, they both have similar atmosphere..one sided crush, female lead getting bullied at work, gentle male lead..etc.
