2-Storyline/Plot : At first, I felt it's just the same plot as other rom-coms films that I've seen before (nothing different), I was even a little disappointed. However, as the film went on I became extremely amazed and I kept having this question in my mind: "how could the story turn around like that?"; I really appreciated the turn it took.
3-Acting/Cast : It's the first time that I see those two actors; I believe they've done a great job in this film. I wil be looking forward to see them in other productions.
4-Music : Yes, I appreciated the music because it was cool somehow; not too loud not too smooth.
5-Rewatch value : Hmmm, since this film contain a final twist, I believe it would be useless to watch it since you've already seen the core of the film.
6-The ending : One of the greatest endings that I've ever seen in chinese romantic comedy films; the twist at the end was so nicely done.
Wriiters managed to fool us around until the very last end, I really didn't expect or anticipate that: I really love it when an ending surprises me.
7-Overall: At first I was going to give this a 5 or a 6 but then when the twist came along I became greatful that I gave this film a chance; it totally deserves the time that I wasted on it.
P.S : Don't be fooled by the summary or the publicity pictures; this film has something that will surprise you because it's not your usual dumb romantic comedy film.

everything was planned and I can see that they had made no flaws of obviousness unlike in other movies...
although I somewhat wasn't convinced with Angela Baby's acting(sorry fans), atleast it was compensated by Eddie Peng. but the movie together with the stars are a good maatch. a perfect one indeed....it made me cry when I shouldn't be actually because it's a nice story. JUST WATCH IT.
I RECOMMEND IT SO BADLY.

The acting of the cast was very good I am big fan of Eddie Peng, I love Hear Me, and coincidentally both deal with a hearing impaired heroine!

whatever you do, if you decide to watch this movie...do NOT... I repeat... do NOT read up about it before you watch it. I randomly saw this movie online the other day and loved it and was so so glad that I didn't read up about it because I woulda definitely hit a spoiler... there's a twist in the story that made me do a 180 but had I read the reviews/comments I definitely woulda been spoiled, and woulda missed out on that...this movie is Beautifully made (its on an island most of the time and the scenery is so beautiful) and the acting/cast did so well (I didn't know either actor but now they're definitely on my radar!) and its a great story!
I highly recommend watching this film..even if you don't like Taiwanese/Chinese film/dramas, this one seemed a little different to me and I found it to be quite good (great even!)

This movie was really good. I only decided to watch it because of it's poster. I usually try to read the summary right before watching it, but I didn't bother doing that for this movie, which is a good idea. So I definitely agree with Maqluba, don't read about it! You'll most likely find spoilers. Anyway, the acting is pretty good. Eddie Peng was great. And Angela Baby was just as good, imo. The story wasn't what I expected, it turned out to be better. Although, I do wish the ending was a tiny bit different.
I definitely recommend it!

Cute and refreshing
The story itself (plot wise) is not that fascinating. Its just your typical Chinese cliche.Now, just because I said the story isn't fascinating doesn't mean that it isn't good. Its actually a very detailed plot line and very entertaining and refreshing in the sense that its still a cliche but it's kind of done differently and there is kind of a twist at the end that differentiates this movie from other similar ones.
The acting is amazing (as expected from the 2 leads to be honest cuz every work they do is freaking amazing) and the music really fits the movie making it more enjoyable.
I wouldn't say it's an impactful movie. Meaning that you wont really be that impressed with it to the point that you wont be able to forget it for the rest of your life. Its just a pass time kind of movie to enjoy at the moment and not really come back and watch again.
