Both movies about choirs. Both group of people were from under privilege, not typical choirs group. Music united them. Music tough people hearts.

I kinda don't remember much about the plot but I feel like this is a female version of prison playbook...

They are beautiful and touching. Also, both of them are about music.

These two movies have a similar taste. Both are about prisoners and both were filmed at the same cell (I think).

They are heart warming stories you wouldn't expect from a couple of prisoners and with both of them you will end up crying at the end.

Women were given second chance to show their passion and do what they love to do Nd shine. Women sacrify so much for family.

Both are about people in prison.
Both depicated the unfairness in the world.
Most importantly both are heartbreaking movies.
