The characters were lovable and cute, the acting was good overall. I was especially moved by little Ki Dong.
The movie had some really cheesy scenes I found a little overdone, but except of that the humor was really good.
It also had sad scenes, though and those were acted fantastically.
I recommend this to everyone who wants to see a light, heartwarming and cute movie once in a while. ;)

This film deals with family relationships, how they resolve their problems and their misfortune, how to hide their abnormals from the media and outsiders but most of all, it was about how to protect each other in front of many obstacles while following their dreams.
A three generations relationship with the most unusual story is what made me watch this and unexpectedly liking it.
You may want to give it a try as well.

I absolutely fell in love with this movie. It is both funny and serious. This movie gave me an overall feeling of joy after watching it. The story was original and the music was great. This a great movie to watch and re-watch.

It has comedy but also serious part. Happy moment and sad moment. Family and a little romance as well.
At first I thought it's mostly about family but it's turn out really well. I love how the story cause I think it's fun, light, and unique. But I hope it would be more touching rather than depressing..
I love the cast they play the role really well ! I can feel the emotion from the acting as well ! I think the cast deliver all the feelings really well. Great Job !
I love the music and I think it's really worth rewatch but still since I don't like to rewatch stuff so I can't give 10 XD
Overall I love this movie even it's not that perfect to me but still I like this a lot ! I really recommend this to everyone ~

The story is definitely not very original. But it works. It has some VERY funny moments, but what made it so good were the characters. The relationship between the three main characters was just so GREAT. I really liked the ending too.
The cast was part of what made the characters so good. Cha Tae Hyun is very convincing in his role, and Park Bo Young (who was also really good in A Werewolf Boy) was great. I loved her death stares. The kid, Wang Seok Hyeon was, to put it simply, delightful.
Music was a big part of the film, and the songs used in the film were pretty good. I'm not sure if Park Bo Young really sings the songs in the film, but if she does she's got an amazing voice.
It's a very funny film, and it's not very long so I'm sure I'll watch it again soon.
Overall, Scandal Makers is a very fun film, with some great characters and a really good cast. I highly recommend it.

The story is the bomb here and I would challenge anyone not to smile after seeing this ..This is an awesome family drama,showbiz comedy,teen inspirer rolled into one.
Park Bo young was so fresh and raw in this..The kid is superb ...
I have rewatched this 20 times and still love each scene.Cha Tae Hyun is superb in this and this should be his big movie not My Sassy girl ( which is more female lead centric)

Annoying male lead otherwise great
This movie is really cute, it has a lot of good lines, a pretty good message and amazing acting from a very young Park Bo Young.The kid is just adorable but the male lead was a self centered annoying #"#"¤"¤"4 that got on my nerves more than necessary for the story to be good.
But oh what an adorable kid as a lead and kids in the kindergarten, spreading sunshine and smiles on the screen...
Park Bo Young shows great range here, she is a cool, outspoken, funny and delivers everything one could ask for, considering she was only 18 when this was released that is pretty cool, talking about pretty sensitive subjects as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
All in all a decent watch, and do stay for the credits, to see a nice finishing touch... and just so you know: "Single mothers have dreams too"

Not Bad!
So nothing ground breaking here and nothing done to perfection but all in all some good cheesy fun.Park Bo Young is very good at playing a part that seems written to highlight her skills and all the rest of the cast put in good performances to back it up.
There's no real attempt to try anything different and to some extent that's a good thing, you can just relax and enjoy the fun.
The music isn't cringe worthy or memorable.
I might watch it again to fill some time but I'd be skipping past some of the scenes especially with the ex.

I always been a huge fan of Park Bo Young so watching one of her earlier works from over a decade ago made me respect her even more. The story was unique for Korea.. Young Single unmarried mom who also have a child at young age while unmarried trying to connect with her father who doesnt even know of her existence. The tension flares and hearts get broken but in the end they become a happy family and you can feel the chemistry between them as the young grandpa learn whats important in life. The songs and singing were very engaging and i look forward to see more of her work as she mature. And must add the little kids was just adorable lol.
