Empress Ki Episode 43 Reactions
Right now, everyone just seems out of character to me. I guess they have to keep doing crazy things to keep the viewers interested. -_-
It's my first time watching a long historical drama so this stuff is both repelling and interesting to me.
Maha's parts were boring. They don't need to drag it out so much. The kid wanting to seek revenge is quite far-fetched. The Empress Dowager is the biggest b*tch in the world to have brought up a child with such polluted thoughts. She basically just robbed him of his childhood and innocence.
Wang Yoo being treated that way was heartbreaking for me. :( :(
I always cheer for the underdog- which he is one right now.
I wonder why they are trying to wedge the Emperor & Seung Nyang apart so much. Is it supposed to be about how they'll overcome everything against all odds and such? BTW I REALLY need him to stop drinking. He seems to be developing some sort of a brain disorder though? All those hallucinations are surely a sign of his to-be death. Or just the signs of his over-drinking. I hope he doesn't fall ill and die (which I am sure he would).
The cliffhanger was interesting although I do not think they will let the Emperor kill him off so easily. I want the next episode NOW.

The thing about long historical dramas is that there is always a time lapse and things change. The dynamics of the drama has changed making for a whole new feel to the drama.

Let me just put this here I HATE Empress Dowager...I know she has her own reasons but seriously Maha is a child!!!! Why poison him with the bad rage :((( I feel so sorry for that little boy :(((
But the worse thing is how she switched her behaviour and hate towards Lady Ki and is trying to kill her :(
P.S. I had to re watch the first 15 minutes of episode 1 to remained myself that there should be a happy ending...right????????
