I love T-Dramas, and I loved this drama, but I will admit by the last few episodes, it really began to drag, and was wishing for its end. Keep in mind however, this is not to say I found it boring or terrible, but there was a lot of unnecessary scenes that I felt took away from a lot of the potential that could've been.

This is not my first Taiwanese drama, read more but it is the only one I've finished so far, so I can't yet compare it to any others yet. It's hard for me to be detailed without spoiling some things, so I'll avoid doing so. Let me go through some of the general pro's and cons.

Some pro's I liked about this drama is that even though Liang Xiao Shu (female lead) and Zhou Zhen (male lead) were a bit head-to-head at the very beginning, this drama had a different pace in that it wasn't your typical "love-hate" based romance, which is extremely common in Asian dramas. Although I am a fan of that trope, sometimes it's overdone, and this drama didn't go that route. The main leads are pretty much on good terms since early episodes of the drama, so this is a breath of fresh air for anyone who wants a less "hidden-but-we-all-know-its-there" romance. It can sometimes be a little cheesy, but this is still a melodrama, and around episode 9-10ish is when the real serious drama begins. I won't say what. The side characters are just as enjoyable, and watching their own love lives bloom can be just as fun as well.

Some con's I had were that from around episode 15-16ish and onward (of 21 episodes), it begins to drag. I don't mean this as in boring, exactly, I don't really feel that it was boring. However as I've stated earlier, there's a lot of unnecessary drama that takes away from valuable screen time for more interesting and relevant scenes between the main and even side characters. It's lead to an extremely rushed and almost unsatisfying ending. The ending makes you happy in a sense, but in another, there's something that makes you wish you'd seen more of some things and less of others.

It's hard to say whether or not this drama is worth the full run through. I'd say to watch and make that personal decision. On one hand I really enjoyed it, on the other, it could've done a lot better.

OMG...the writers totally ruined this drama with the extension. I was ranking this around an 8 until episode 13ish. I love melodramas, but occasionally I like fluffy romance dramas. I chose this drama because I thought it would be a lovely romance. I was so disappointed. It starts with a little bickering between the leads that quickly changes to sweet slow romance. Then left turn to stupid. Then there is all the read more inconsequential side stories. I also hate that at the end they used the narrator voice instead of using the last "extended" episodes to actually develop the characters and story. Anyway, I can't go into it with out spoilers.

The actors are good. George as Zhou Zhen and Annie as Xiao Shu are good actors and have great chemistry together. Too bad it was wasted. The other actors are ok too.

The song was good at first, but slowly started to get on my nerves.

I won't rewatch this.

If you watch this, then I recommend only watching to episode 13. Just pretend that was the end of the drama.

Same cast ! I think George Hu and Annie Chen's chemistry is way better in Love, Now. Plus it's a rom-com.

I stopped at episode 13 - George proposed, all happy - DONE! BTW a manager of a radio station, adult mind you, w/a 10 pm curfew? REALLY??? That killed all reality for me right there. Idiotic.

A really cute rom-com, only wish there was more kissing and passion, other than that, quite an enjoyable storyline... :)) Just a really nice break from the ludicrous love triangles and/or betrayals that you get in most of the Kdramas, so sick of them. A real recommended watch for those of you who are real romance fans without the side garbage... :)))

It was great until around episodes 13-14. Then it got draggy. What happened? It was so great at the beginning. I loved how understanding leads were to each other. There weren't any useless misunderstandings. It was really cute and sweet at the beginning. But then....
I just feel like this drama would have been much better with around 13-15 episodes. I might have finished it then.

I could not finish this drama. It was so boring and I was falling asleep before I could finish an episode.

This may contain spoilers, so I'll add a warning just in case. I loved this drama, but I will admit it was draggy. I felt they could've focused and compacted so much more in the episodes. I feel like the extension doesn't exactly ruin the drama, but it does make it longer than necessary, and even leaves a lot to be desired at it's end. I'll write a full review.

I have finally finished this drama. The whole drama was draggy from the middle until the end. Only watched this drama because of George Hu and Annie Chen. I find Jack Lee and Elleya Tao make a cute couple. The OST for this drama was nice though.

Okay, I started watching this when it was airing, but got really busy and had to stop at episode 13. But, now I don't know if I want to continue watching it with everyone saying the extension ruined the drama. So, should I continue or just stop at episode 13 where it's still cute?

It was really good until they started dragging it toward the end. I feel like they could have done everything in like 16-17 episodes.

Difícil me despedir do meu amado George Hu, mas fazer o que, né? Gostei demais desse drama (nada supera "Love Now" que foi com o mesmo casal, mas...) Só eu tive um ódio do pai da Xiao Shu nos episódios perto do final???
