One of the best melodrama I've ever seen and also one of the best dramas period. To be honest when I first started watching it, I dropped it at the first episode because it bored me, but then I tried it again after reading the reviews and right then and there I was hooked. I pretty much finished in 2 days and didnt even skip a second of it. Everything about this read more drama is perfect, from the cast to the acting, to the story, the romance and the chemistry between the leads were incredible Hwang jung eum's acting was on a different level. I actually cried every time she cried. (lots of crying in this one) That was how convincing she was. Ji sung was amazing too but I feel like his talent is showing more on KMHM. In the end of it all, this drama broke me into little tiny pieces but I will never regret watching it and re-watching it over and over again.

Oh my this ONE abused the sht out of my heart!

The acting was amazing. There was so much crying, but each one never lost its value.

It was a btch to get through since most the story was so sad, but I suggest you don't watch it in such a narrow minded view. Put yourself in each characters point of view and try to understand each one because for me that's read more what made it bearable.

I finished the series in 2 days because I felt so bad for KYJ and I was just eagerly just waiting for her to do her quirky adorable laugh. I really hate sad dramas, but I got a much greater "feel good moment" effect from the little bits and pieces of happiness in this drama then a drama dedicated completely for "feel good moments".

I fell in love with the main couple. Look at my list I usually drop as soon as the main couple gets together but on this one I kept going because I actually wanted them to get closer and closer. To me their love was believable and on episode 15 their was a moment I even cried out of jealously because it is the kind of pure love I truly want.( you will understand when you get there)

What I also liked about this was the deaths weren't just some random conveniently timed events. Each one had a purpose and were connected. We didn't the moments where a character finds something out, and right then they die that usually happens from a out of the blue car accident.. Like that sht makes me go CRAZY!

Re watch value of me was low because I don't think my heart can handle it lol.

The plot is quite similar based on revenge and how the guy falls in love to the lady who he thinks killed his fiance.

Both have similar vibes with the storyline of Ji Sung is trying to find justice for his lost lover/wife. Both are fantastic and if you like one you would like the other.

Bae Soo-bin portrayed on of the most complex bad guys I've seen in kdramas, he was amazing.
It's also worth watching for the amazing chemistry of the main leads.
I felt there was some plot holes and in general it was a bit too dramatic for me - the female lead should've learnt to stick up for herself a couple episodes earlier, as it was getting unbearable to watch her face yet another distaster and blaming it on herself.
But the main issue I have with this drama is that I don't get why/when/how did Yoo-Jung fall in love with Min Hyuk. I can understand him falling in love for her, but I don't buy her falling in love with him, sorry:<

I think he felt cowardly (scared) knowing that he just committed a crime and tomorrow he was going to become a state lawyer. It was that hesitation in the beginning that made his (actually her ) whole life spiral out of control. But what happened is realistic as we always hear on the news of hit and run crimes, who assume no one will be able to find out.

This drama is one of my to favorites, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did

Yes this is where the main leads became an otp, because of their great chemistry they starred in kmhm. Fantastic actors, both the leads and villains, right?

    Im on episode 5 and my heart is already crushed. How could so many horrible things happen in less than 5 hours? ;___;
The story itself reminds me a lot of the "I let you go" novel, both are brilliant!

Actually I preferred Secret more than KMHM. Character development is superb here. While in KMHM, it only depends on Ji Sung's acting but in Secret, everyone performance is superb.

But it's more to melodrama, lots of crying and heartache. Both Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum's performance were so great that I could actually feel their pain and struggle. KMHM is more towards rom-com. Even though there is lot of psychological struggle in KMHM but it's consider a light if compare to Secret. So it's 2 very different genre.

I like this drama even though the main female lead pissed me off. Taking the blame and raising her kid in jail. And Do Hoon and his mother were pure trash. She did everything for them and they still treated her like trash and betrayed her.

Another great revenge drama and bundled up with yet another great OST track. Gosh I don't know but most drama OST by Ailee is so tempting (not sure if Ailee voice factor or what)
