It's been confirmed 2pm's Taecyeon is to star in the newest tvN drama, Who Are You, alongside So Yi Hyun.
The drama is about two detectives who are completely different from each other. Ok Taecyeon will be Geon Woo, a detective who believes only evidence leads to the answer, while So E Hyun will appear as Si On, who can see spirits and ghosts.Who Are You will be a ′ghost romance′. The two detectives will attempt to help the spirits of the items left behind at a lost-and-found center. In the process, they will come to understand each other.

It was recently reported that Onew was a strong candidate to star in the new jTBC sitcom, “Welcome to Noyal Villa,” and now it has been confirmed!
Well, that should certainly be something to look forward to. The PD stated, "onew's acting is already proven through dramas and musicals. He's going to be trying a comedy role for the first time. For this role, he's going to be a different kind of man than his previous roles. The love line between Onew and the sexy ghost will be something to anticipate as well."
“Welcome to Noyal Villa” will comically protray the stories of people living in a royal villa. Notably, it will be filmed in front of a live studio audience. jTBC plans to invite 30 people for each recording as the audience.
Comedian Kim Byung Man and actor Ahn Nae Sang (God's Quiz S3, Monstar) will also be starring in the sitcom. It is directed by Kim Suk Yoon, who also directed the critically acclaimed sitcom, “I Live in Cheongdamdong."
The sitcom will start filming on June 13 and it will begin airing in the second week of July. If anyone could pull off a love line with a ghost, of all things, it would definitely be SHINee's beloved leader and his famous Onew-condition!
