MyDramaList talks to Netflix Kdrama Actor Andrew Bishop, who worked alongside late Lee Sun Kyun
Lee Jun Ki & Nam Sang Mi fans rejoice!
The agencies representing these two actors have confirmed that they have joined the cast of Joseon Gunman.
This KBS2 drama is a Saeguk (historical setting) that will have lots of action and romance.
Plot: "In 19th century Joseon, a hero who is the son of Joseon’s greatest swordsman loses his father and younger sister - after which he trades sword for gun as he embarks on his revenge mission, and in so doing the drama will “depict the pain and courage of the young people of the era.”
The producer will be none other than Kim Jung Man (The Princess' Man). The screenwriters will be Lee Jung Woo (Comrades), and Han Hee Jung (Assembly).
Aside from Lee Jun Ki (Two Weeks, Arang and the Magistrate) and Nam Sang Mi( Goddess of Marriage, Like a Miracle ), the following actors have also been cast:
Han Joo Wan (Yeonu's Summer, King's Family)
Otani Ryohei (The Chaser, Hero)
Jeon Hye Bin (The Queen of Office, Queen Insoo)
Yoo Oh Sung (Faith, Kim Soo Roo) - He will be playing the villain.
