Tokyo Ghoul to Get a Live Action Film Adaptation
It’s been reported that actors Lee Jong Suk and Park Shin Hye are up to a possible pairing in the upcoming SBS drama Pinocchio after they’ve been officially offered the roles.
Coming from the same PD, screenwriter and director behind last year’s “I Hear Your Voice” the drama will deal with local TV news reporters as they struggle to accomplish their job and chase the truth (Thank God there’s no obvious relation with Disney’s animation). So if Lee Jong Suk accepts the role, he will be working with the team that created last year’s SBS hit. Although the producers’ first choice was his good friend Kim Woo Bin but due to scheduling problems, he wasn’t even officially courted.
The Wednesday-Thursday drama is scheduled on November following Rain’s My Lovely Girl on SBS.
