Well, overall Chinese dramas aren't as popular in the international drama watching community, since most people prefer to watch kdramas. There are so many chinese dramas that are crazy popular in mainland China but aren't as popular in the international community, mostly due to the difference in culture. Also probably because many of the popular Chinese dramas are historical dramas, so translating the language into English is even harder, since there are always things getting lost in translation.
Dramafever only likes to sub Chinese dramas that are also popular in the international community, such as Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms, but again, kdramas are more popular so many subbing websites don't think they'll make much money off of subbing chinese dramas.
