Please recommend me a Chinese/Hong Kong movie in the style of...

...Dream Home or The Midnight After. I know these are different in a sense but both are violent and "darkish" in tone but they are NOT a crime/police type movie because I'm not interested in that setting at all.
Would love to find some more movies like these. I know my description is vague here but something thats along the lines of these movies,
