Thanks added it and also check again for some dramas and added them too :)
JOSEON
- Gojong 1863–1907
The Sound of a Flower (Movie)
I'm pretty sure this is correct.  The synopsis says it's set during the time period when Daewongun was the father of the King, which would be Yi Myeong-bok (ie., Gojong).

Not 100% sure about this one.  It's just a guesstimate, since Prince Yeonsan's father was Seongjong.

Wow this is amazing!!
Oh great list Neyjour! :D I have asked moderators to move your post-Joseon list to be moved to first page under my list, so we will have a nice continuation and all in one place! <3 Also you will be able to edit your own post later (don't think it's propriete for me to copy-paste your list as you put time and effort to make it!) ^.^
Also I will add dramas from your other post to Joseon list :)

Thank you for your time and help :)
----------------
JOSEON (1392–1897)
part 2 - historical page

- Heonjong 1834–1849
- Cheoljong 1849–1863

- Gojong 1863–1907

- Sunjong 1907–1910
----
Jackpot/The Royal Gambler - starts in 1693, soon is settled 20 years later. The years are a little off, but it's under the reign of King Sukjong.

The Flower in Prison - 1560, King Myeongjong.

Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo - 942, King Taejo of Goryeo.
Oooh ooh I've got some stupidly obvious ones to add to the more recent historical periods!  Hahaha

5th Republic (drama): goes in Fifth Republic category
Fourth Republic (drama): add to...Fourth Republic!
And so on and so forth...MBC also had 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Republic dramas in the 80's and 90's, but none of those three are in the MDL database.  Also, I've never seen any of them, but the dates line up so I'm pretty sure they are what I think they are. :)
Thank you @Lorell  .... What a great thread!!
One more to add:

The Map Against the World (Movie)
* The Daedongyeojido was first published in 1861 (which would be: Cheoljong 1849–1863), but I'm not sure what time-period the movie starts in.  It could be much earlier (under a different King)
