Awesome cover on 'I can see your voice' (Elephant by Damien Rice)

I always watch the clips Mnet uploads on Youtube from the show "I can see your voice" and a few weeks ago I was struck silent by a guy singing Damien Rice's "Elephant". His English mostly isn't very understandable, but the emotion he delivers is fantastic.

Any opinions? Have you seen it before, or did you watch it now? Feel free to disagree of course. :D
