Online drama/movie streaming site, anyone?

hi. I'm in need of recommendations for online drama site which:
1. Are free and hassle-free
2. Has English subtitles
3. Have K/J dramas & movies ( I'm also open to any other Asian dramas) 
4. If possible a site which streams variety shows such as running man too
What online drama streaming sites do you usually use? :)

viki.com & dramafever.com are free streaming sites who buy the licenses for dramas and sub popular dramas very quickly (within hours of the episode airing in korea), i recommend checking out those first (to support both sites & encourage them to license more dramas), and only then (if you don't find the drama) going to the illegal streaming sites already mentioned.
