The only one i can think of right now is les interpretes...

Les Interpretes is the only one that comes to mind for me also. The Secret Message has a little about translation, one lead is Korean and one lead is Japanese so the LINE app translates their messages to each other. Otherwise I'm no help, sorry :/
Hanako to Anne? It's about the person who translated "Anne of Grenn Gables" to Japanese.

Wan, the character in Dear My Friends, is also a translator, but the drama really doesn't focus on her work.
Umm, this one comes to mind:

I Fine..Thank You..Love You  http://mydramalist.com/12160-i-fine..thank-you..lo...
The 2011 Canadian movie Memories Corner involves a French-Canadian reporter who travels to post-earthquake Kobe and is assigned a French/Japanese interpreter.  It's not *technically* a Japanese production, but it takes place in Japan and has a mostly Japanese cast so maybe it's still of interest to you. Most of the movie is actually either in French (since it's the language shared by Ada & her interpreter Akira) or English (the language shared by Ada and another Japanese man she meets). Here's the link to the (spoiler-free) blurb I wrote about it on my tumblr blog.
There's this really funny Thai movie about a English tutor who sometimes works as a translator, it called I fine, thank you, I love you. It's a great rom-com and one of the best thai films I have ever watched!
