Good J-Drama ?

is a nice romcom, tipical jerk male and nice female that don't like each other at first but force to live together cuz $$$, personally like my male lead to be a bit and not very sociable.

this is a classic cold male and happy-go-lucky female or unlucky to be more accurate this drama has so many adaptations is crazy, but is really good.

honesty at first i wathed cuzi find the female is very attractive but the story is nice monk fell in love, but the female only has eyes for New York and being the daughter in law of a tample would mean given up her dream, most of the drame is the monk trying to get her to accept his marriage proposal.

revenge drama straight up both male want revenge for the muerder and cover up of the orphanage care taker where their meet, one is a police officer the othe a yakuza leader and very smart.

eccentric male lead that is face blind, idk why i even like this one the female is pretty much eye candy and the whole business struggle was clichés but it was good some how.

great revenge drama, love masterminds anti-hero, but you should also watch the original Korean version, cuz the second male lead on the jap seens like a over dramatic teenager i just didn't like him the guy is a good actor but that just wasnt hs role everything esle was great.

there is also a Korean remake,  i love how both lead interact is funny and nice, i like how everyone assume that becouse he doesn't want to get marry that doesn't want any kind of relationship, but he kind does he just doesn't want to share his place.

Here are some dramas:
Love Shuffle (One of the classic rom-com J-dramas. The concept is interesting. The friendship is good.)
Orange Days (One of the classics, too. About 5 college students about to graduate. The friendship is heartwarming and the romance is good, too.)
Long Vacation (90s drama. This falls under the "living under the same roof" trope.)
Nodame Cantabile (Rom-com. Slapstick comedy. The characters are interesting music students.)
Hotaru no Hikari (Rom-com. The main characters are two very much different people [add the fact that they have the boss-employee relationship] living under the same roof. Their dynamic is good.)
Switch Girl!! (This could be a hit or miss depending on your taste, but I still decided to include it, anyway. Rom-com. Slapstick comedy.)
Liar Game (Psychological suspense. It's about a game where one's life [financial aspect, at least] is at stake.)
Juhan Shuttai! (Slice of life. All about manga publication.)
Date - Koi to wa Donna Mono Kashira (Rom-com. The main characters are quirky and interesting!)
Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu (One which has a different take on the "marriage contract" trope. The characters are loveable. Plus the ending sequence is cute!)
Tenno no Ryoriban (Old setting. A story about a man finding his passion in cooking and pursuing the path to become an acknowledged chef. The romance is heartwarming, too.)

And some movies:
Princess Jellyfish (About some social outcasts and a crossdresser who changed them. You definitely have to know about Masaki Suda. :D) 
Koudaike no Hitobito (Rom-com. About an OL who often daydreams and the Koudai siblings who have telepathic abilities.) 
Kanojo wa Uso o Aishisugiteru (About two people involved in the music industry.)
Wood Job! The Easy Life in Kamusari (Slice of life, comedy. About a city guy who has to adapt to rural living, particularly in the forests.)

nobunaga concerto (http://mydramalist.com/10067-nobunaga-concerto) - the first jdrama i really fell for. a historical comedy with some romance. a really good one if you're in it for the characters (the characters were a large part of why i loved the show!). 

juhan shuttai! (http://mydramalist.com/16585-juhan-shuttai) - work, slice of life. a really uplifting, motivational drama. but at the same time, it'll make you feel a diverse set of emotions.

jimi ni sugoi! (http://mydramalist.com/19882-jimi-ni-sugoi-koetsu-... - similar to juhan shuttai in it's work aspect and the main character's relationship with her coworkers. this one has more aspects of romance though. it's light and fun to watch, though it's not completely subbed unless you have access to a certain livejournal community. mc's outfits are to die for!

nigeru wa haji da ga yaku ni tatsu (we married as a job; http://mydramalist.com/19702-nigeru-wa-haji-da-ga-... - a reallyyyy refreshing, relatable romantic comedy. another cute, easy to watch drama. 

okitegami kyoko no biboroku (http://mydramalist.com/15293-okitegami-kyoko-no-bi... - i love a good crime/investigation drama that has romance. this one is definitely well done imo. i enjoyed both the cases, the mystery, and watching the main characters' relationship grow, though like with lots of jdramas, the romance is more subtle and not the focus. i need a season 2!!

ROMANCE
Hana yori dango – it’s a must see it’s the classical Cinderella story but one of the bests ever done (2 seasons and 1 movie)
Buzzer Beat – good romance drama about 2 people that meet and fall in love but first they have to find the perfect timing for them to be together 
Love Shuffle – it’s a story involving 4 couples and how they learn what love is
Pride – a classic romance drama with a mature couple who grow and learn from each other and also heal each others wounds
Tatta Hitotsu no koi – a very good romance and it’s a Cinderella story but inverse (rich girl, poor boy)
Hotaru no Hikari – this has 2 seasons and a movie, and it’s a bout a couple that has to live together due to some circumstances and gradually fall in love

DRAMA
Byakuyako – this is a very intense drama about 2 people that met since childhood and develop a strange relationship in which both of them are united by a serious of crimes
Taiyou no kisetsu – a romance drama but with melo in it
Soredemo, ikite yuku – this drama is also very heavy and it’s about a man whose sister is killed and the the killer’s sister who meets and falls in love with that man
Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo sakebu – kind of like Koizora and 1 liter of tears

COMEDY
Atashinchi no Danshi - 
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e – reverse harem a girl crossdressing and living in a boys shcool
Ouran High school host club – reverse harem a girl crossdressing so she can be part of the school’s host club
Mei-chan no shitsuji My Boss, my hero – this drama is hilarious and it’s about a yakuza that has to go back to highschool in order to get his high school diploma, but he has to keep his yakuza status a secret

SLICE OF LIFE

Nodame Cantabile – very good drama with romance an music it has 1 season, 2 specials and 2 movies
My girl – it’s a drama of a man that suddenly finds out he has a daughter and has to live wit her.
GTO – If you liked Dragon Zakura you’ll like this one and the following one (Gokusen) It’s about teachers and troublesome students  Gokusen

 SUSPENSE (here I'm going to exceed form 5, because japanese suspense dramas are very good, do try them, this dramas are 10, 9 and 9.5 for me)
Maou – the best suspense drama ever! 
The quiz show 2 – it’s about a Quiz show were they ask the contestants very personal questions in order to reveal their deepest secrets
N no tame ni – it’s about a group of friends that are united due to a double assassination and they hide who the killer is  
Ryusei no Kizuna – a revenge drama about 3 siblings who look for the killer of their parents before the statute of limitations ends
Liar Game – it’s about a game that involves lying a deception in order to win
Kazoku game – it’s a psychological drama about a teacher and a family and his strange ways of teaching Kurosagi – it’s about a swindler who targets swindlers due to his personal vendetta

SPORTS
H2 – baseball and romance united in a story about highschool life
Tumbling – a group of boys who bond through tumbling and find a dream to follow
Yowakutemo Katemasu – a different kind of underdog drama about a baseball team who challenges winning a baseball game with new strategies involving their weakness

MOVIES
Death Note – a story about a student who finds a strange notebook, he discovers that if he writes the name of a person in that notebook that person dies from a heart attack. So he starts killing criminals. A famous detective named L swears to stop him. (2 movies)
Rurouni Kenshin – a period movie about a strong samurai and how he helps the restauration of a new era (3 movies)
Bokura ga ita -  a romance movie about a couple that meets in highschool and fall in love. It’s the story if ther love and hardships (2 movies)
Heroine Disqualified – a rom-com set in highschool
Paradise Kiss – it’s about a fashion designer and a highschool student who turns into his model and their romance starts to bloom.
