Where the male and female leads are together then break up over something. The female lead then falls for some other guy and the male lead has to deal with that because he still loves her. After awhile she realizes she still loves the male lead and deals with the conflicting feelings she has. Eventually she leaves the other guy and gets back together with the male lead.
