What I remember from the summary, the female lead lost her significant other. The male lead then falls in love with her. As she begins to fall for him, some guy who looks like her dead loved one appears and that makes her conflicted. Can anyone help me?

Winter sonta seems to be the fit... but the main male lead is the guy who died... who also is the one who looked like the guy who died.. only he has amnesia. While the new guys is the 2nd lead.

I don't know. I just remember the end of the summary talked about the other guy who comes in that looks liked her dead loved one.

No. From the summary, it seems like the male lead and the female lead's dead lover didn't have a connection. From the summary, it didn't seem like to have anything supernatural.
