Tagging friends when you watch a drama together

It would be great if we could tag a friend when we watch an episode of something together.  for example if I watch episode 18 of Temperature In Love with my friend, when I update my list and share it on MDL, it would be nice to have the option to choose friends I watched it with. Even if I don't share it, it would be great just to have it as a record (like the number of times I've rewatched something)
