pictures on my profile

Hello, Since few days ago, I'm trying to put pictures in the presentation of my profile. But I can't, I try all, when I'm in account settings, I have pictures in my computer but I can't insert the picture. I choose a picture to insert but nothing happens. And I haven't this problem with feeds. About this problem, I'm lost :( If anyone have some suggestions or advices. Thanks for you reply.
