"reasons" keep disappearing

when i  add a reason to my "fave actors" list and i want to re-edit it again the whole thing disappears and i have to type everything again

it doesn't disappear for the "fave dramas" list reasons but it does for the "fave actors" and "fave actresses" ones tho

I tried this and it disappeared for me as well. For some reason, the reasons seem to disappear for peoples lists.
