(database?) error after trying to remove twitter access

I wanted to revoke access for my twitter accouns cos I wanted to add another account to post to.

But now I get this error:
Notice: Undefined variable: inputFields in /home/admin/domains/mydramalist.com/public_html/views/settings/index.php on line 7

I tried waiting for a bit and refreshing the page but it doesn't seem to do any good.

Help ?

it's a bug. even the facebook access is having some problems :/

The error is gone but when I try to connect I get this on the twitter page:
"Whoa there!
There is no request token for this page. That's the special key we need from applications asking to use your Twitter account. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake."

Weird mine works fine.

Not sure if this includes FB but FB doesnt work for me.
Twitter works fine for me but I didnt make any changes to it since awhile ago

More than a week later and I still get the same error message from twitter. I tried in 3 different browsers and none of them work.
