When I've start watching Taiyou to umi no kyoushitsu I was convinced the drama is the only a nice story for free time without any message. However, then I've changed my mind. Hachirou's death was shocking...

Dear Sakurai Sakutaro discretely teaches students how to make good decisions, teaches responsibility... Hmm.. He was annoying, but nothing new - generations conflict.

The simple school drama, but... with a moral.

  • I thought about Secret Garden and the summary of the show I thought of Taiyo to Umi no Kyoshitsu. It focus on student who school focus on academic but it also had a teacher who wanted the students to find their dream, who they really want to do in life despite of the trial and tribulation they must go through.
