Old Anime Lady Dishes About: Japanese Sports Titles Koichi Kawato is the new Japanese Literature teacher at the ill-famed Futakotamagawa high school, whose baseball club is composed of thugs and bullies who have been suspended for a year from all school competitions, for causing a brawl during an official match. The newly appointed teacher finds that the club members left are only interested in women, smoking and doing nothing until, under Kawato's guidance, they discover their dream of going to the Koshien high school baseball tournament. Although some may say this drama was too emotional I believe that its a good thing, these kids went from fighting over nothing to fighting for their dream. I feel that this movie struck every chord that I expected and even hit some key points that I didnt expect. The tone of the movie switches well and I have to admit that I seriously stayed up at night telling myself "only one more episode." This drama is in my top 10.

but this one was great. i absolutely loved it. It's more than just a baseball drama. it's about coming together as a team again after all hell breaks loose. It has it's real serious moments but it also has a lot of comedic moments so it balances out well.
I love the cast. they all work well with each other and all play yankees i guess well lol
love the music. GReeeeN always has great songs and kiseki is just simply an amazing song.
would easily recommend this drama to people
