So I never saw the first season (billed actors didn’t attract me enough and I don’t like dramas that are associated with “Sex and the City). However the fact that Lee Jin Wook (I keep tabs on him) was back in first lead role status definitely put the second season on my radar even if I didn’t like the main female lead actress( hated her in Que Sera Sera)…

Story: I loved the idea that the 2 main leads had a history for a really long time before they broke up. I didn’t think it could be romantic watching their journey back to each other but man did I eat all that angst up. I also enjoyed the romances of the main female character’s 2 friends. The

The back and forth comparison with this drama and its first version compelled me to record my own experience.

I'm jumping on the bandwagon for those who agreed the first one was better.

This one was trying to follow the same format and formula as the first one, injecting bits of mystery and melodrama in the storyline just to make it a little different but ended up incohesive and jarring.

Have a trio of girlfriends each with their own entirely unique personality, taste, and love lines - Check!

Present a broken long-term intimate relationship that had gone through an on-off even helter-skelter ride - Check!

Present a strong new love to rival the first - Check!

I think I will stop here before I ultimately enter

just asking when it means season two does it mean that they are carrying on with the same people and story line or does it mean new characters and a new story line ???

I knew about the ending even before starting watching it. I'm only on episode 2 right now and I'm already disappointed. Jihoon hasn't appeared much yet, but my heart's breaking already just thinking about how it ends. :(

This one is sooo much better. I tried watching the first one and dropped after 2 eps. The casting was just all wrong...

Like you, I hated Jung Yu Mi in Que Sera Sera & that is the reason I had been avoiding this drama. I am glad to see that you have given her a positive review in this which gives me the courage to try it at least lol

I liked 2011 so I was looking forward to this season. I thought the main story was too much like the first season, so I ended up skipping from episode 6 to episode 16. I just watched everything I missed (in a marathon). I'm glad I did. This season is somewhat better and I liked the 2 male leads better. I found 2012 more emotional - I was touched when I rewatched episode 16. If you liked 2011 - you must watch 2012.

I love this drama! If comparison has to be made, this is better than season1. This has a heart and have 2 great male leads that confused me who to root for! In season1, I just totally rooted for the 2nd m lead and can't understand where the female lead comes from when she decided for the main lead guy. In season2, I can understand the woman's frustration and how she ends up with whom she chose at the end. love it! Must watch guys! Just make sure you're prepared for some mature scene and languages.
