This drama started off so well. The cast was good and Gong Yoo was great at trying to act like a 18/19 year old while in a 30 year old body.
But after a while the drama started to drag on. I dealt with it because it wasn't as bad as other dramas and continued to watch. And after a few episodes the cliffhangers started to repeat themselves and were very predictable.

The ending...oh god i don't know where to begin. This drama had the potential of having a very good ending, but obviously the Hong sisters didn't know what they were doing and I have never seen an ending so bad. i had big hopes for this drama and was let down big time.

URRRRGGGGHHH, this drama. I watched it while it was airing and never got round to writing a review. But I thought now would be a good time to add another rant to the pile and explain why you shouldn't watch this drama.

There are two things that are so wrong with this drama:
    1. It totally sucks after about episode 10 when it just gets so repetitive.
2.Before body switch Kang Kyung Joon and after body switch Kang Kyung Joon are NOTHING alike. Which defeats the point of having a body switch storyline. Grrrrrrrrr.

The first two episodes of this were brilliant, I loved them. Shin Won Ho was brilliant, despite being a newcomer. I will deffo check out some of his other work because he's

I actually liked this drama, and I understood it's ending without an issue. I'm not sure why so many people were confused. It was all explained in detail. I'm not saying I agree with how it was ended, because that could've been a little better, but it was still a good drama!

I will also remember the significance of 10:10 forever! lol :D

I was reluctant about watching this drama at first but I think I am going to give it a try now. I like both Lee Min Jung and Gong Yoo so hopefully it won't be disappointing. I am really curious!

I started watching this when it first aired (a few episodes in), but put it on hold to watch other things. I love Gong Yoo, but there are so many bad reviews :( I don't mind the usual "it dragged", "i didn't like the female/male lead", etc. BUT for so many people to say the ending was terrible .. leaves me torn! ottokae!? :(

can someone please explain to me the ending?
are they really twins? do their body switched back?

      This is a little detailed:

In the end, Ma Ri sends a text to Gil Da Ran saying they (KKJ/SYJ) have switched backed and KKJ hasn't asked about Gil Da Ran. Ma Ri also says she's going to keep the promise she made to KKJ and not tell him about Gil Da Ran and how he switched bodies with SYJ. So they did switch back into their own bodies and neither remembers anything that happened after the accident.

Then Gil Da Ran is on the bus and when she gets off KKJ goes after her. Mirroring the beginning. It is KKJ in KKJ's body that goes after her, contradictory to what some people think. It says one year later, and honestly, I think it should have been at least five years or more later. They are twins (KKJ/SYJ) but KKJ definitely wouldn't have changed that much in one year.

Then KKJ tells Gil Da Ran that he came to see her out of curiosity...

...Which is funny because they just said on the radio that Gil Da Ran was going to go see KKJ, even though he wouldn't remember their love, and tell him all of their forgotten memories together.

KKJ then says something bratty and walks away and Gil Da Ran goes after him, grabs his hand and looks into his eyes and we're shown their last moment together before he switched back. And they keep going back and forth, which I think confused people because they couldn't tell which was the present. And in that last moment we see that Gil Da Ran told KKJ that she loved him. And KKJ says that when she tells him that, his heart will expand and he'll remember the love he has for her.

So we're left to assume that in the present, GDR tells KKJ that she loves him and he remembers their love... At least that's how I saw it:) I hope that helps! I know it probably could have been shorter >_<

      thanks zukuu!

you mean to say after a year KKJ looks like SYJ and that was KKJ who's with her in the end?
    • zukuu Sep 14, 2012
Yes! :) Although I think that's totally ridiculous. They should have made it more than a year later. I think that's why everyone was confused. Some people said they just didn't think the public would be accepting of seeing the younger KKJ with Gil Da Ran.

I cried so much through the 5 last episodes. A really good drama! Gong Yoo really grew on me. I didn't even like him before I started watching this drama, but the more I watched the more I came to like him. Can't exclude Lee Min Jung. Wonderful, wonderful actress~!

OK, the ending of this drama was a little bit strange but this for me didn't take away the fact that I enjoyed watching it until the very end. Of course I am biased as I am a Gong Yoo fan and I admit he was the main reason for my watching this, however I found the ending to be coherent with the remainder of the plot which is totally unrealistic anyway. As I wrote in my review of the last episode I believe the scriptwriters decided to end it the way that many spectators were subconsciously hoping for. A more logical ending would have been pretty weird after such a long and winding love story at least in my opinion. Gong Yoo's acting is absolutely superb here and it definitely compensates for the weak story line and the not too attractive personality of the female character.
