The drama depicts the difficult decisions and moving human stories that take place daily in the OB-GYN department, focusing in particular on Seo Hye Young, a talented and determined obstetrician who has just transferred from the prestigious Seoul base to the branch hospital. Her straightforward manner of handling her professional life is in contrast with her love life, which is marred by her relationship with a married man. This becomes even more entangled when she meets Lee Sang Shik, the chief of NICU, and her long-time friend Wang Jae Suk also shows his interest.

    I started on this drama mainly because of Song Joong Ki since I've been a big fan of him ever since Sungkyunkwan Scandal. And I'm mighty glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised to find that without adhering to cliched Kdrama machinations or plot developments it was able to keep the viewer entertained throughout. The acting by the entire cast is honest and mind-blowingly good especially the 3 leads. The stories of the patients, their suffering and human moments moved me to tears at times. Although I feel a few of the guest stars or patients over-acted at times but that doesn't undermine the overall seriousness of the drama. Coming to the romance part, it was delicately portrayed.     It makes me cries a lot at the moment they are celebrating that one baby's birthday and the baby dies on that time.. it's so sad.. thinking about it makes me wanna cry again.. I don't think I can hold my sadness like the baby's dad.. TT-TT

    it is a little gem of a drama, and if you look away from the props, you will feel its authenticity. some episodes had my heart really jump and thump from the intensity. there's just some drama that i really enjoy even with unfamiliar actors, and this is one i'm glad to have picked up.

    loved it!!! interesting story and great medical background... even though sometimes it just freaked me out a little bit, it was so worth it!! wanna watch more~!!!

    i started watching this because of song joong ki..ehe:)

    and considering i don't like watching painful scenes..i actually finished watching this one..
    and this drama is actually very great..how the characters were portrayed..the story line..everything..and you can learn loads of things too..words are not enough to describe this drama..but i really really really recommend watching this one..

    I immensely DISLIKE medical dramas... but somehow, I ended up loving this one. So take my word, it's gotta be good if I like it, despite it mostly taking place at a hospital. It's touching, and cute. It even made me cry many times. I recommend this as well.

    I really love this drama. I think it's very realistic and not very cliched (unlike other kdramas) so it's refreshing to watch. I love the characters and the actors/actresses that played them. I recommend this drama!
