“I see dead people” is a common phrase used in parody, but if it were true, as it is for Yoo Ri, it would be a shockingly terrifying trait to hold. Ever since she was young, Yoo Ri, has had the unnatural ability to see ghosts, and when they do appear, usually when she has company, unexpected things occur to the people around her. Yoo Ri chooses to isolate herself from the outside world but is approached by a street magician named Jo Goo, who offers her a job in his show. One year passes, and Yoo Ri ends up playing a part in the magician’s horror-themed act, in which she plays a ghost in a closet. Every day, Jo-goo’s staff successfully close the show and invite Yoo Ri for drinks, but she always rejects their offer. She is fully aware what will happen if she gets close to people. When eventually Yoo Ri opens up to Jo Goo about her tragic and lonely life, things start to change for the both of them. Can Jo Goo help her find a way out? Or will he be chased away by the ghosts like all of the other people in Yoo Ri’s life?

When I first read about this movie, I didn't quite get how romance, comedy and horror could work together. But if you watch this movie you'll see how it's possible, the genres are mixed really well!

I loved the chemistry between Sohn Ye-jin og Lee min ki, they were so cute! Moreover, the ghost in this movie was a bit scary, but the comedy! Omg!! -the comedy in this movie was good. I didn't think I would laugh, but most of time I spent pausing the movie because I was constantly laughing hard. Even in the serious scene there were some comedy and that worked just fine.

You won't waste a second, this movie is awesome!

Chilling is one of those movies that incorporate many genres. It has comedy, drama, horror, and romance. This may seem like a lot. You might, also, think that just because of that (and possibly previous experiences) the movie might be chaotic and just have a bunch of random scenes thrown in together and call it a day, but that is not the case. Everyone who took part in this movie did a great job. The scenes do not feel disconnected at all; they flow together and very nicely tell a story.

Story: It's not an original story, even the synopsis tells it so, but it was very enjoyable.

Acting/ Casting: Lee Minki, who I have recently seen in his cameo on the drama "Shut Up: Flower
