Let me tell you one thing this movie is AMAZING. I don't know why they're are a lot of bad comments on mdl but this movie absolutely flawless. Now this isn't this isn't a light hearted movie, this is one that has an underlying message it has symbolism in almost every frame and it is a masterpiece allegory. So if you just want to watch a a movie without having to think this is not the movie. That being said, The acting is spot one. Although being a Korean movie based of a French graphic novel there is a large amount of English, like 97% mainly because the main actor is Chris Evans. But omg Tilda acting was amazing if you would see her anything else you wouldnt even recognize her and Amanda pill ( i Believe that was her name ( the school teacher) ) Had such a mesmerizing act and it is probably one of the most important yet under rated roles in the entire movie The plot was absolutely amazing. I can't really say much without spoling it however there is just so much to take in I have watched this a total of three times and still see something new everytime. It's just so beautifully put together. The basic theme is of course breaking the class system. HOwever there are so many underlying themes like brain washing, falling into the system and so much I just cant even fathom I may sound a little obsessed with this movie ( which i'm not going to deny ) But I 100% reccomend this to everyone Oh and the ending is eeally risky but please keep an open mind while watching it i mean I think it was beautiful but a lot of people disagree but if they went with any othee ending it would have been cliche and i personaly belive it represents something but im not going to reveal anymore afraid i might spoil it ( and if any one has any questions about the movie you can message me because I have done so much research and am currently finsihing the novel that I know this movie inside and out)
