Despite its flaws i still like this drama, i love the anti-communist and pro-freedom flavor of it. i just wish they gave us answers to some parts of the story. *What happened after jae hee fell from the river in budapest who save her? Chi jan woo? *How did lee jong suk end up in south korea? *at the last episode who help park hoon and jae hee when they fell? So many time skip and the writers didn't bother to explain what happened in between. i also dont like the stupid competition between hoon and jae joon on who will perform the surgery of the president .they drag the story with that, instead on focusing on other important matters about the story they drag the story with that competition. It got messy in the middle. -When it comes to the love story of park hoon and jae hee i was totally captivated! i love how solid their love for each other is. A love that stand against all odds.Too bad the actress who played jae hee was bad in acting she didnt give justice to the role. Thats why many people cant relate to her. I wish it was played by a great actress, its the actress i dont like not the character. Bcoz i love jae hee she's been through so much shit already. In and out of prison experience physical and mental torture .both her and park hoon deserve their happily ever after. They've been separated for too long and experience torturing hell for different reasons and the only way for them to live is to see each other again. I also like how jae hee turned from innocent,sweet and weak girl into a smart ,cunning and strong lady then at the end of the story she goes back into the sweet and loving jae hee. She may seem rude sometimes but that is bcoz she is in a tight situation and she wants to protect park hoon, its understandable. she don a facade yet is even willing to sacrifice herself so that hoon and his mom can have their freedom .Other people want hoon to end up with dr.oh but the story would have been of none effect if he ends up with dr.oh just bcoz the girl develop silly crush on him. park hoon dont even have romantic feelings for her, its always jae hee its already close to obession lol. I also dont like kang sora character nothing great and exciting about her character. I even find her annoying and pathetic sometimes. Kang sora did a good job tho in her role. -as for park hae jin/ dr.jae joon i was actually looking forward on how he would SLAY myung woo hospital but i guess i expected too much on his revenge. It all ends up in jae joon walking away. sigh -overall i still find this drama beautiful and touching lee jong suk was great. Such a talented actor! I can feel park hoon's pain. How he wanted to be free from his dark past and live his father will to be a good/real doctor and how much he love jae hee, he wont even look at other girls and reject them straight in the face just like what he did to dr.oh. A one-woman-man :)). Im really touched with that. I also like the thrilling med scenes/ surgery scenes. At first i cant even look but i got used to it as i watch the drama. I even imagine myself as doctor and doing those surgeries lol. XD - i guess that end my review. Some people like it some dont. It depends on you if u want to watch it or not. i love this drama and will definitely re-watch it! ;) lee jong suk was amazing!! it was a happy ending, the only reason other people says its a sad ending was bcoz their ship didnt end up together lmao. all the main characters got their happy ending :))
