I started watching this drama by a friend's recommendation and I instantly fell in love with it from the first episode. I don't tend to watch many things that deal with the cooking aspect, but it gave you a feel for what goes on behind the scenes of what seems to be a perfectly calm restaurant on the outside. The constant fights and battles between the Italian-trained chefs and the Korean-trained chefs drew me in with the high tension; specifically when both teams banded together whenever something that would disrupt the already chaotic balance of their kitchen surfaced.

The love story was sweet and absolutely hilarious between the tough and crude head chef and the stubborn newly-promoted chef. Albeit, it's not a concept unfamiliar to Korean dramas, it was still told in a manner that made it seem highly original and entertaining.

The actors were wonderful in their roles and they had me thoroughly believing everything from the always-yelling and high-tempered head chef, all the way down to the timid kitchen assistant.

The music fit the scenes rather nicely and I enjoyed the majority of the OST. I felt that it gave each scene that extra boost to add to the feeling they were trying to give.

As far as the rewatch value, I'm not one for rewatching something as long as a drama, but it was definitely a good enough of a story that I may find myself rewatching in a few years.

I highly recommend this drama to anyone who likes a good romantic comedy with a little tension on the side. Although, I warn everyone to never watch this drama while hungry.
