This was the drama where I discovered LJS and HHJ. Such sizzling, charming sparkles between the two. I've fallen for both of their charms and I HEAVILY ship them together.
Acting: So. Freaking. Good. THE ACTING WAS SO GOOD. As a newbie to k-dramas, this is one of the only dramas that make me think, 'wow, this is some mad acting'. HAN HYO JOO is the best actress I've watched so far. Everything feels so natural and not overdone and when she cries, I cry. I understand the reputation around her now. Her character was so charming and I loved every scene she was in. You know there are some dramas where the female lead becomes annoying or cries out of nowhere, HHJ doesn't do this. I could sympathise and understand her actions and I just loved this character.
LEE JONG SUK is the ideal bf. I ADORE Kang Chul. He does this small smile that makes the girls go CRAZY. The chemistry between them is unbelievable. I want them to go out in real life. They're so cute together I can't imagine LJS with anyone else.
The actor who played the dad. Wow. Wow. I have no other words. Korea is so blessed to have him as an actor. The emotions... whoa. The acting for this show was just so right.

Story: Original. So original. Laughed a lot, cried a lot. Have conflicted feelings towards the ending because it's acceptable but idk, I feel conflicted.

Music: Feel like more focus was on the acting rather than music so I didn't really pay much attention to the music to have much thought about it.

HIGHLY recommend. Even if you just watch this because you love LJS or want a break from overused cliche dramas, it's a must watch. LJS x HHJ.

If you're hesitating whether or not to watch - just watch it. As mentioned in other reviews, the ending is a disappointment but watch it for the sake of falling in love with Sungjae's character.
Story: The story is quite lit. There are so many cool, badass moments as well as pure comedy and touching scenes. If we don't take into account the ending, the story will be ranked high but the writers clearly thought that the story was becoming too predictable so they completely twisted it around, breaking the hearts of many. Prepare to be disappointed. The romance aspect of this show is completely absurd.
I wouldn't say that Tae Kwang was a second male lead. Tbh, it feels like he gets the same if not more screentime than Yi Ahn. This makes things much more unpredictable.

Acting: I've completely fallen in love with Yook Sungjae. His character is so lovable. So so lovable. Applaud the writers for his character development.Tae Kwang was the only character in the love triangle that I genuinely believe was in love. In some Kdramas you have those moments where the prince saves the princess or something and it's the turning point where the character realises they're in love. I couldn't sense that from Yi Ahn or Eun Bi. You. Will. Love. Sungjae.

Kim So Hyun is so cool. It gives you actual shivers when you see a scene where the twins are together (as she plays both). It's to the point where I had to google whether Kim So Hyun was actually a twin because she's so amazing. The antagonist too omg when she smirked I just wanted to punch her face. You'll hate her.

Music: I wanna reset... I wanna reset... so damn good.

Watch it. If you want skip the last episode. Watch it because you'll fall in love with Yook Sungjae.

I'VE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS
Never once disappointed. I rated this series 10 when I started watching and it's still stayed a big fat 10. You have those dramas where they die out no - this goes strong till the end.
ACTING - YOO SEUNG HO AND CHAE SOO BIN ARE ACTUALLY BABES. I ship them harder than any other celeb couple e.g. the Song couple etc etc. They. Are. So. Damn. CUTE. Their interactions are what I look forward to. Tbh I wrote a whole paragraph on the storyline but I fully would not care how crap the story is as long as I see YSH and CSB together. There were some emotional scenes too and woooooow. This drama has everything doesn't it.
YSH Dedication Time - He. Is. So. Damn. Cute. I thought Min Kyu was going to one of those typical cold, aloof characters (there's a fair amount of them in kdramas) but omg after the 1st episode - I was gone. I'm going as far as to say that Min Kyu's character beats any other character that Lee Jong Suk, Lee Minho etc have ever played (and I love LJS). You can never be sick of his smile and his eyes. He is a bundle of cuteness, innocence and this character beats all other bad boy characters I've ever encountered. Everyone needs a Min Kyu in their life.
CSB - I knew her as the supporting actress in Love in the Moonlight. Yeah, my girl is proving everyone wrong. Her acting capabilities are unbelievable. Her acting as Aji 3 was super realistic and cute and Ji Ah had so much sass and her encounters with YSH were so. cute. I find her absolutely beautiful.
Story - The storyline is really unique and may seem weird to some. However, they REALLY pulled it off. It was such a breezy, easy watch which made me feel giddy, giggly, cringy and embarrassing at times (IN A GOOD WAY). There may've been some cliches but they were pulled off WELL. Also, I feel as if the cliches here are different to other romcom dramas and give a different vibe but I'M TOTALLY NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STORY - PROPS TO THE DIRECTOR AND WRITER. Can I just take this moment to praise the writer - the dialogue is so GOOD there's so many teasing flirty funny moments or remarks that either make me cry of laughter or I always find that my jaws hurt after watching an episode because I'm smiling so hard because *they're SO cute*. This isn't dry humor like some other romcoms out there - I totally dig this humor. Am satisfied with the ending too - wrapped up really nicely.
Music - There's this one song which is very light hearted and innocent and I love it because it always plays during cute moments. The OST does fit very nicely with the scenes.
I have to rewatch this. I've never rewatched a drama but I can totally see myself watching this again. Already suffering from withdrawal symptoms and the drama ended a few hours ago.

I don't know what I can do to persuade you to watch this drama but hey - it's just 16 hours in a day. I didn't write anything remotely negative in this review because I would pity anyone who haven't had a chance to watch it, even if it may not meet their expectations. I only regret that there aren't more episodes and it got low reviews in SK :(

One last thing to persuade you to watch INAR - Yoo Seung Ho's kisses are so damn hot.

Enjoy
