--There's probably unintentional spoilers in this review-- So I'd say this movie was pretty much a miss. I was waiting... and waiting... and waiting... FOR SOME TYPE OF CLIMAX!! And when it finally came in it's weird and odd way (him meeting her on the porch one last time???), I was just left wondering, like WTF? Also, like many other people mentioned about the chemistry I couldn't agree more. There wasn't really any, which you'd think would be needed in a movie about two people "obsessed" with each other. However, one of the biggest things that went very sorely unmentioned in this movie was... HIS PTSD!! The doctor told him NO DRINKING with his medication. However after that, he stopped for a little while...(very little)... then he really couldn't stop! BUT IT WAS NEVER ADDRESSED AGAIN? He was really like a ticking time bomb about to explode, and the porch scene was instead supposed to be like his undying love for her?? Really?? No way Jose. This film could have been some crazy thriller honestly (maybe I'm being a little biased on that part, haha >.<), but instead they went for, an uncalled for, sappy love route.
