Shot review:
This drama was awesome and then some, really no complaints here. I just can't believe how it ended and how it all ties into the first episode. I give a shout out to the writers who took this historical story and made it seems like a deep love story. The actors must be commended for their hard work and commitment to the story. The music really suited the different climaxes as the story progressed. I must have cried buckets of tears to the point of drying out my tear banks. So much was given up in order for those who survived to live. Empress ki herself was so strong and brave there are few women who could accomplish, and persevere through what she went through, so I give accolades to the actress who portrayed her life story. This is very much my favorite drama from 2013 to 2014.

Dear Drama Lovers

Beauties of the Emperor is based on the difficult faced within these critical eras of war, when the females also have a large role to play in the growth of a nation. I like how the four main characters developed their personalities and emerged with a strong belief in their dreams. The actors worked hard with the roles, even though at some points it was sort of ridiculous to see how desperate some people are for their love interests. I think the overall point in this drama is how emotions play a enormous role in the development of any dream, and it is the ones close to you that influence your choices. From the beginning it had a sad, sweet and overwhelming desires to reach for our own dreams and wants. However, it became engulfed in tragedies and many innocent people being killed, or lost in the dangerous situations. There are a lot topics to discuss and think about in this drama.

I don't really know where to begin with this drama review, but here goes. I am not a big fan of historical drama, yet I can't seem to complain about this one. The story begins in the most appropriate manner, with not to many odd junctions, or confusing climax. The very personality of Ok Jung is fill with hope and the King is seen to truly love her only. However this drama may not depict what was written in history it did a great job of filling in the "what if" questions. Plus the actors did a fantastic job at portraying the deep and agonizing emotions each character could have felt at every decision. The music help in veering from one emotional scene to the other; without losing the pace for the drama. In the end every one of the main characters had me in a like and dislike roller coaster ride based on how they dealt with any conflicting issue. Overall I gave this drama so high a score because it really tried to showcase a different point of view to a historical story, without over stretching the facts. So i recommend this drama to anyone interested in the tragic, yet sweet love story of Jang Hee Bin in a different light.

The story line for this drama kept me guess on how things would turn out, yet even how the ending turned out it was well thought out. The actors did while in their roles, and could portray the deep emotions that constantly flowed from this story. From beginning to the end every type of emotion can be found in excess: angrier, love, surprise, betrayal, love, remorse, regret, wonder, joy, sorrow, peace, disgust etc) As I watched this show,I realized there is no big action, adventure or drama moments to turn it into the regular plot. Instead, it spoke about how fragile is life that time should not be wasted on petty things, and that death as scary as it could seem is also a process of the journey. I love how the writer envision how death should welcome others to the after life, but without over comical or fanciful antics. Overall it was a sweet and simple drama to watch with lots of odd twists that keep me on my feet. I would recommend this for to watch, and reflect on how precious life is even to the very end.

This drama was my first Chinese historical drama that grasped my attention from episode one. Scratch that I was hoked from the first 10 minutes in episode one. I have never cried, got angry, prayer for the happy ending, and deaths for a drama character in all my fan surfing. The three main roles for the drama are very well played that I had so many indecisive moments for who should get the heavenly maiden. I now know that this whole story has some great actors and actresses that should be nominated for an award. Although I really had some moments when i was frustrated for all the mistakes that were made, and the cycle of death and heartache throughout the show. Ariel Lin, Feng William, Chan Daniel and Mao Lin Lin are great at their profession and there was never a moment that wished to stop watching. The constant action, drama, romance, friendship, betrayal, hardship, revenge and acts of kindness even in the face of death was all worth it. I would recommend this drama to anyone who just wants to give Chinese dramas a try or who are in the mood for great heart breaking love story set around hope for the future of a kingdom.

My fellow drama lovers this drama can be tagged as being hilarious with a dash of romance. It's a non typical plot surrounding the life of four men who have been friends and brothers, since high (middle) school. They share all their experience from youth to adulthood, as they look out for each other. They even give each other counseling on relationship issues. My favorite part in this story are the comical aspects of their friendship from begin to end. It sort of makes you wish that someday you will have a strong bond like this with someone. This is like the male version of sex in the city Korean style, and everything is permitted in love. However one problem i have with this drama is the main female's over hysterical crying and at times odd behavior, but I guess this is what makes the main male role love her so much. To put it simply, this drama is like a pick-me-up when you are having a rough day and in need of some amusement.

Dear Drama Lovers

This story is filled with so much action, despair, unconditional love, and real world examples to the legal justice faces everyday. It was the fist episode that caught me, then it was the actors, then it was the unbelievable twists for each characters role. It seems to the very end nothing makes senses. Even the moments of deep trust for the bonds formed within both sides were tested, to the extremes. I couldn't see how this would end; yet, whether good or bad I'm glad I stuck though it. So I recommend this to all who can stomach violence and heart ranching agony. Who will fall in love with the music, cast and above all the story; and reach a new understanding to the dark side of crime. Also when you reach the last episode credits, go on YouTube and play the ending song... it really helps deepen the point of the story.

The story line for this drama is very straight forwarded and the actors did a very good job in bring there characters to life. However, this movie brings a lot of question on how Im got so strong and indestructible, or if there are others that can control people as well. Yet over all it's a simple movie with a simple plot that just happened to bring many brain teasers to the possibilities of the human mind and body. I would recommend this movie just for the great effort that every actor put into this movie despite the complex storyline.

So this was hard to finish last year, but I got it done now. There really is not much to say just that the plot was not typical by a long shot. It was simply and yet twisted in how so many people where connected to the real problem. Too many cover-up stories to hind the truth, yet it just could not be contained. Actors: They were not bad, and at the same time not great. It was like something was missing that could not be explained. Music: Actually the music may have saved this drama to keep it true to its ploy and theme. Apart from the actors, it was the music that helped express each new big reveal. So overall, not bad, but not great, yet still watchable for a drama genre and pace.

A friend recommending this drama is why I watched it. So straight to the point, It was funny, saddening and bewildering how cruel a person could be to gain what is not meant for them. I'm not a very political individual, but the ministers definitely had death away thing them. When the king would say enough is enough, and he will not let it slide. The only tragic aspect in the show was the replacement queen, she was a politic tool for her own flesh and blood. But once her usefulness was lost, she was tossed aside. I guess that how it was for that era, where riches and fame are only gained from associating with the royal family.

Boss and Me is a keeper in anyone's list of drama shows, so much so that I've re-watch it about three times so far. This was a recommendation source and I've never been more grateful right now. Shan Shan personality is some how similar to female lead in "It kissed with a kiss" drama but different in how she expresses her feels for Feng Tang. She always seeks solid advise from her friends who know she's not connive and ambitious to reach a comfortable life. Instead, she takes her time to know what is the best choice that suits her lifestyle. Feng Tang is not really cold only appears too have issue with trusting people with his feels when he has a lot of responsibility on his shoulder. I specifically love how Feng Tang is trying to pull her into his world with out sacrificing her sweet and innocent personality.

Moving on to the music and acting skills of the major actors, there was never a dull moment that I needed a break from the drama. Plus the music selection was so much on point that critical developments in the story were well felt.

Overall Boss & Me is a very worth while drama that proves the lead female can get her prince as long as she remains true to her goals and herself.

The story on what is desired by the royal family as individuals can always be frustrating and misunderstood by the people around them. Prince Gwang Hae and Princess Jeong Myeong wanted different things needed people around him they each could trust. So splendid politics was a round about way of changing the kind of kings that don't work for the people's benefits; instead, they try to make themselves higher in social status. Specifically, individuals they treat as allies or advisor that shared the same vision of the future of the nation, who use that connections of the royal family to get what they want without regards on the unfortunate parties involved in their pursuit. Now thaaat I've said this the story was a good representation of historical facts and the actors worked with the material as best as they could; all things considered. I can't really comment on the music except for a few of the climax moments.

Overall it was a historical drama that portrayed the issues of politics and every problems faced that comes with being royal holding power. I will definitely not re-watch at any point in time but it was a good lesson on the prince gwang hae.

So this is may second time of watching Casshern, it was okay for a science fiction film. I think the story is trying to portray how humans hurt each other when they can't forgive and understand. Hence, the many wars fought are senseless and need to stop, so that life and peace can reign. I really think it's a little to much for people to enjoy, I mean there was a lot of action but the current environment was completely mess-up. It was at the end I realized there were no trees because of the pollution and toxic wastes. Again it was the music that helped this film be not so boring, therefore if you have not watched to film try it out.

It all starts with the first episode, the moment Alice decided to step into the hole. Han Se and Seung jo we're so cutie together and must of all Seung Jo smile is so pretty. The greatest bonus for the drama is the lead male roles ability to be melodramatic and very spontaneous. Even the music at times showcased his obsession to scripting every action to a written play like drama. The story falls under a mans in ability to face reality, along with all its up and downs; but, fate or good fortune has sent him a gift wrap with love, truth and a long overdue wake up call. I will recommend any one in the mood for romance, humor and a serious awakening to the society we live.

Honest truth, I came to watch this drama because of actor Zhao Zanilia yet found Huo Wallace, and I can't say I regret anything so far. This is a Fantasy Wuzia drama so the length of the drama is understandable, but still OMG, why the long and difficult issue of accepting each other for themselves. This drama dealt with human feelings and needs that apparently cloud ones judgement towards the prosperity of the world focus. I really pity Little bone cause from the start all she ever wanted was family and friends (a quiet life), but the people around her just used her gifts to make their enemies suffer. Why hurt an innocent young girl whose only fault is being too trusting with her kindness. It really vexed me the whole injustice.

Ok, the story was long, but the idea and message was learned without struggling to finish the drama. I believe I spent more time shouting at the character for so many stupid decisions than asking when it will end. Plus i love love the music mainly the first opening song; in fact I'm listening to it right now "Fire of the heart" this works well it makes one cry. Overall, a definite re-watch but only for your favourite scenes cause be don't want you to be upset over mind boggling actions.

I recommend for you die-hard romance and fantasy lovers who would enjoy a deep development between soul mates and the hard choices that come with weighing their destinies in the balance.
