As a fan of C-BBJX, and watched both version til the end. I can't help to compare these two. Warning : i might write some SPOILERS without realising.

Story :
I'm disappointed with this version, the story is one of the main reason. C-BBJX shows lot of brotherhood of the 4th prince and 13th prince, strong friendship between female main lead and 13th prince, the relation between female main lead and the (late) king - how the king loved her as his own child, how the female lead loved, respected him, yet was afraid of him at the same time. Butt in this version, 80% of the story is about 4th prince and 8th prince's romance with the female lead.

The story pace of K-BBJX is also a problem, The first 8 or 10 episodes were filled with 8th prince and Hae Soo romance story, not a bad thing, but the last 10 episodes flows so quick that left so many questions.

I also despise how they change K-8th prince's character all of sudden (from good to bad to not so bad). In C-BBJX, he was ambitious and honest from the start that he wanted to be king. But after the 4th prince became king, he obeyed the king and started to lived peacefully with his wife (loved it when he realised that his 1st fujin was the one who always with him, and treated her with love), and left good impression at the end. C-BBJX is more realistic, they show that not everybody are 100% bad or good, they have reasons why they become what they are.

Acting :
Despite Lee jun ki and Kang ha neul, i think the others are failed to deliver the character.
I never hate when idols or flower boys dominate the dramas, but i always hope that they can deliver the character well.
IU really didn't convince me anything, especially in the last episode. Jisoo is not much different than IU, i heard that he's a good actor based on his late works, but i have to disagree if i judge from this drama.

Music :
One thing i love from this version is the songs! I love almost all of the OSTs.

Rewatch value :
Instead of wasting another 20 hours of my life for this, i prefer to waste it on C-BBJX.

Conclusion :
I'm a fan of Chinese Scarlet Heart, so i was exited when they announced that they would remake into Korean versions. But now i end up disappointed because of the story mess and the actings. But the cinematography in this version is better (not much better, i don't like so many close up shoots) than the C-BBJX.

The first 10 ep were GREAT, the last 30 ep were SUPER DISAPPOINTING

STORY :

Sigh... I really really love the first 10 episodes, it had the potential of becoming my favorite Chinese drama.

In the first 10 episodes, the writer kept EMPHASIZING that the bond of the family members who are unrelated by blood is stronger than their genetic linkage family, which really made me believe that this was going to be the entire drama about. I was sold and was so invested in this drama, I had good laughs and cries.

But everything changed after the brothers return home.
The story became disconnected to the early episodes.
The focus shifted from family into a romantic relationship
Although we know it since the beginning because it's shown in the opening and ending credit, I really there will be a reasonable explanation.
The brothers fell for the sister, and one of the reasons is that the bros want to be REAL family members.
Because of this, there's no romantic development as it is so sudden. the bros confessed after they went back without building any romantic relationship (friendly reminder, before the bro went to study, their relationship was platonic)
Even though LX was interested in JJ before going to Singapore, and JJ to LX without even noticing, but they never built any romantic relationship in early episodes.

ACTING :
Love the main casts' acting (except Song Wei Long).
Steven Zhang & Tu Song Yan (Li Ba) 10/10. I couldn't hold my tears when seeing them on screen.
Seven Tan & Zhang Xi Lin were great as well.

Music: 9.5/10

Rewatch Value :
I kinda regret finishing this series. I totally thought there would be another family bond story like I had seen in earlier ep,
but didn't see it until the end of the series.
If I knew it, I would never finish the series, let alone rewatching it.

my first ever review..
i gotta say this drama is one of the best drama in 2015.
i watched it the first ep for the first time and i dropped it (oops my mistake's only watched the first 15min, so i hope you guys learn from my mistake).
but thanks to healer's fans i rewatch these series, and i'm glad i didn't miss this wonderful drama.
i've never been a fan of action or spy drama, but this one made me addicted.

Story :
the whole story was packed beautifully from beginning til ep19, the only pity was the ending...
of course i'm satisfied with all happy ending, but in my opinion it's kinda bit rushed.
i have some questions in my head after watching the ending.
well that's the only reason i give 9.5 for the story.

Acting / cast :
cast is one of the reason this drama hits daebak.
i'm super proud with all these cast, their acting were superb. I've been a fan of JCW since five fingers. Not only hot, he's also one of a great actor, so it's pretty sad he wasn't popular (back then in five fingers), but i'm happy now he gain some recognition. YJT never fails me with his smiles and charming face which fits with his role in this drama. For PMY, i wasn't sure about her before, didn't hate her yet didn't love her either. After finished this drama, i find her quite good. thought she may play the same character as in city hunter. guess i was wrong.
The other thing which surprised me is they don't cast any IDOL.. not idols hater but... sometimes i hate PDs for picking not talented (in acting) idols instead of actors. In this drama i found many new faces that are great in this field. Such as young Moon Shik (i adore him), Oh Gil Han, Seo Joon Seok, they really did great job.

Music :
One of the best drama with great OSTs. my favourite is Tei's What my eyes say. This doesn't mean i don't like the others, i love the other songs. Guess for few days Michael learns to Rock's Eternal Love will stuck in my head.
The songs really fit with the scenes. amazing job for staffs.

Overall :
Amazing series, i'm sad it's over, hope there'll be healer2 xD.
I definitely recommend you all who haven't watched to watch this drama. This drama really worth your 20 hrs.
