Story: A very cliche 'rich man poor woman' story with surprises along the way. There's your typical love triangles, the hurdles of becoming a couple, and the social class differences. Acting/Cast: Zanilla Zhao did a wonderful job at portraying the innocent, naive, and optimistic Shan Shan. I was actually frustrated with how realistic her optimism felt. Zhang Han was...stoic. I don't know what is up with the image of a rich man having to be stoic, but soft hearted. Feng Teng's actions spoke louder more than his face. Which is fine, but at some points when I felt like he should've shown more emotions...he didn't. The scenes where he was teasing Shan Shan were cute. His smile is attractive, but I think we were only able to see it a handful of times (which was a shame). I believe this is just the role Zhang Han portrayed and nothing really against his acting. The supporting cast also did really well at portraying their respective roles. Music: The music was good, but none of the songs are really memorable. I also don't think I would remember the drama from hearing the theme song. I watched the last episode not too long ago and I already forgot the theme songs... Rewatch Value: Not very high. This drama was cute and something light to watch, but there are many other dramas with the same plot. Overall: This drama is cute and a fun watch. It's definitely one to watch if you want something thats easy to watch. There's not one character (even the love triangle girl) that I truly hated. Scratch that. There was one. Shan Shan's great aunt needs a major reality check. Also, Shan Shan's naivety gets old quick. The whole damsel in distress act gets annoying too. She does have a major character development in the last couple of episodes. Feng Teng doing everything behind her back and never discussing anything with her is pretty annoying too. All their problems really come from lack of communication to be honest. Overall, this drama was good, but there was nothing really special about it. It's a cute watch, but definitely not something I would rave about. If you enjoy these genres then watch this. If you're experimenting...I say skip this.
