Dedicated to the grandmothers everywhere… "The Way Home (Jibeuro)" could easily be called the best Korean film of 2002! It's a story of a 7-year old boy Sang-woo (Yu Seung-ho) who is left in the care of his 77-year old mute grandmother (Kim Eul-bun) in the countryside, so that his mother can go job-hunting in Seoul!

When you'll see this movie poster with a cute toothless grandma with an equally cutie-pie looking grandchild putting their hands on each other's shoulders smiling TOTALLY ADORABLY at you, it won't take seconds to make you go grab your popcorn and turn off the lights to watch this movie sitting in front of your PC (at least, it was successful enough to make me do so)!!!

    The first reason to

A typical mountaineering/adventure movie...nothing is special about the story that draws attention...a casual kinda plot-line that we usually see in mountaineering movies!

Cast was alright...and music too! nothing top notch but just perfect along the storyline!

But, what drew my attention was Shun's acting! You won't see that typical Shun here with an introvert character, but something totally different from his usual genre! He was cheerful...actually more than cheerful! hmmm...what should I say to make it exact?! hmmm...maybe a "feisty" kinda character...which somehow went JUST FINE with him!! and that's what made me give more attention to the movie! And, guess what...I enjoyed it...from the second I saw Shun smiling...if I'm to note exactly then from 07.54min of the movie 'till the end...haha!! His smile was

A simple story, easy-going acting and lots of fresh feelings! Oh! And, it was blue...It had all shades of blues in it! If you ask me "Why I liked it", then I'd say definitely because of it's simplicity!! Definitely...LIKED IT!!!

Oh! One more thing...Can anybody tell me how come a negative character could be sooooo disgustingly annoying?!! I felt like using him as a punching bag...Seriously, that could be a BETTER anger management..."Using-him-as-a-Punching-Bag"...hehe!!!

    Hope...You'll enjoy it, too!! ^-^*

First of all...God bless those poor bikes, cars & stunt-men! haha!!

At first, main theme of the story might make you remember a French movie series called "The Transporter", but, no need to give a damn about that...'cause, "Quick" is one hell of a movie which'll make you laugh so hard that your mom sitting next room might end up thinking her kid's gone mad (at least, my mom thought so...LOL)!!

And, GOSH! the cast was totally PERFECT for this movie...they made those funny dialogues WAY-TOO-HARD-TO-TAKE-IN without going L-O-L...I mean they were AWESOME...specially when CURSING (and, your little-bit-Korean-language-knowing might add some extra saucing to the fun)!!!

Definitely, it's a movie which you might want to enjoy on a holiday when you've nothing to do and there's

First, I have to say, the story summery provided here isn't well-written...it gave me a wrong impression before starting to watch this movie!

I don't know why this movie is underrated here but to me it was a good movie with a simple story told in a easy & beautiful way...I spent a good 2 hr and 11 minutes watching lives of presidents told in a simply funny way...of course, with an elegance!!

And, i must say, that chef character was really something...his ways-of-thinking and giving advices...he was awesome...haha!

This movie earns a good 7.5 from me! that extra 0.5 definitely goes to Mr. Chef...haha!!!
