If you want to watch a romance comedy drama with some thrills then this is a must. The storyline doesn't get boring in the middle or you won't have to worry about the acting quality since everyone that showed up nailed it. It has great OST that match with the story and the ending is what you'd expect that is not disappointing.

Each episodes contains Goo Chan Sung trying to help the ghost go in peace while Man Weol unexpectedly ending up helping him through his persistent. The chemistry between the two grows as Chan Sung persistently work his way through Man Weol's heart. There is a lot of special guest coming in throughout many episodes, but even the surprises will make your heart go wild.

Overall, I give it a 10 star (not for exaggeration) but it had a great flow of story, great actors/actresses, and also OST!

You won't be disappointed to watch this if you like a heart-warming family drama that will make you cry (at least it did for me). Although there is very little romance, the story itself is very nice and also the ending as well. At first I was hesitant to watch this because of the character Ban Sakura. I thought her character is sort of like a brat who would chase off Alice in anyway she can and since some of the comments of her wasn't good as well, I thought this drama might piss me off in some way. However, after seeing her character for a while, I realized she was a good kid. Although there are times she overdoes thing, she is like a strong ally once you make her on your side. Overall, I think this drama was really touching and I like every character in the story, except for the villain (you'll know what I mean when you reach almost the end).

If you have watched the original Chinese drama of Scarlet Heart and have loved it, you would be a bit unsatisfied watching the Korean version.

Although I was hesitant to watch the Chinese drama since I was not used to the language and (honestly) the baldness of the male charactersㅋㅋㅋ, but Chinese version of Scarlet Heart indeed made me change my views of Chinese drama. Indeed it was a drama with great story with skilled actors. The language that I thought was hard to adjust was so smooth, and that's how much I was moved with Scarlet Heart.

When I heard that they are making a Korean version of the drama, of course I would be so excited to hear one of my favorite drama being made in Korea, and the main role would be IU! Sadly, the drama was not able to beat the original like many others.

I don't think IU's acting was bad. She did well despite this being her first fantasy historical drama. The funny and cute scenes were adorable to watch, but to see the romance scene between the second and first male leads with the main girl and other serious scenes in the Korean version did not really move my heart. It's just the story of the original and the actors/actress was really good in the Chinese drama that it was a bit hard for me to watch. In my opinion, Chinese drama emotions are hard to copy, so it's hard to exact the same emotion or make it better (it's a bit hard to explain).

Overall, I would say with the cute scenes of IU and other actors/actress the Korean version would be rated as fair. Also, if you haven't watched the Chinese version, I think some will enjoy watching a fantasy drama version like this :)

This drama simply reminded me of Mairunovich Manga. The main guy character becomes the main girl's mentor and helps her to woo the guy she likes back in her high school days. She goes through various training and harsh words from her mentor day after day. After finishing one episode of the drama, I keep wondering what would happen next and kept watching and lost track of time. It was exciting how the girl progress in her love affairs and the quarrels she had with the mentor.

All the characters were so good at acting and my most favorite after the two mains was the mother of the girl main character. She wasn't a mother who was too pushy to her daughter into getting married and had her own sense of humor.

Tbh, I was shock to see the girl main character and didn't even realize that she was the main till I realized her personality is exactly what was written on the plot summaries...."NOOOOOO!!!!......." was my reaction at the beginning of the drama probably cos my expectation of the female main was high. Her personality is sort of conceited unlike the girl in Mairunovich and looked pretty older than I thought she would be. However, my opinion changed after I kept watching the drama. Her personality seemed kind of cute and she looked more prettier.

The reason why I gave this drama overall 5.5 because I wouldn't really re-watch this all over again. It was a fun story and I would recommend people to watch this who loves romcom that has a lot of bickering between the two main characters, but it's not to the extent of Secret Garden (Korean drama I really liked so much) that I would re-watch it 3 times. Besides that everything was good to me (y)
