This movie was funny as hell! Anyone would enjoy this. The antics by the male characters was the best I've ever seen. And the love triangle was dealt with in a mature as well as funny way. There was no back biting etc. Just two guys in a genial race for the girl who may or may not choose either of them.

I enjoyed it. I also enjoyed how realistically the woman was portrayed. She is the symbol of modern women who search and search for the right guy. I admire her because even though she is 32, she has never given up on finding someone to love and to love her. She perseveres, and it pays off. If only real life was like that.

Se also delivers some great, memorable lines in this movie. Overall, this is a funny movie to rewatch, with the production of high quality and storyline that has very little (minor) holes. This was fun.

Great Great story. Longest drama I have watched, and I was eager to see each and every episode. This never dragged. And the romance between the leads was sweet and everlasting. No useless misunderstanding and separation. I wished there was more.

This show started off boring, let me warn you. The only reason I kept watching was for Lee Soo Hyuk. Man! That guy makes evil look hot! All the blood dripping from him could never take away from his attraction. The way he moved, smirked and especially the pitch of his voice made me melt every time he was on screen. You can't divert your attention from him. I started this drama loving him (even his character too) and ended it still cheering for Gwi. What Lee Soo Hyuk does for Gwi is sinful... because all the viewers fell in love with him and totally forgot about the main leads' story. I watched on Viki; all the comments are proof. Lee Soo Hyuk stole this show.

So now that the fangirling is over.... This story starts pretty boring. However, by episode 6, things start to pick up and by episode 8, it gets really interesting. However, there were moments it dragged and I skipped scenes looking for Gwi who is the most interesting, and smartest character in the show. His intelligence compared to the other characters would blow you away.

After the story picked up, things went well. I liked Lee Joon Ki - his portrayal is good as always. However, there were some moments I found myself thinking he should take vampire lessons from Gwi. Acting lessons too - which is strange and taboo because he is a veteran actor! Also, his romance with Lee Yu Bi is flat. The viewer never really cares what happens in that romance. They keep watching for the outcome of the mission.

Also, a bone to pick with the writers - Lee Yu Bi's character is pretty smart,, outgoing, and fearless when she is dressed as a male. However, put her in female clothing and her intelligence and bravery hits -5. Not even 0, but -5. Why is that? What are they trying to imply? Given that, Lee Yu Bi's character turned out pretty lacklustre and you forget to care what happens to her. Sad when you don't care for your main leads much and cheer for the villain through all 20 episodes.

The acting by all the leads and supporting cast were awesome. They all carried their characters well. Shin Chang Min took about 3 episodes to really get the acting straightened out, and Lee Joon Ki's vampire was laughable in the beginning, but they got waay better by episode 10. Only thing - those baring teeth by Lee Joon Gi was boring. He could never do it as smooth or believable as Gwi. Plus, this was his only vampire mode. I mean...really?

I also loved Kim So Eun's and Jang Hee Jin's characters. Sure, there was a time in the beginning I didn't like Soo Hyang, but she develops nicely. Hye Ryung too. Their character developments were well done. Sung Yeol and Yang Sun's characters did not develop but remained flat. Maybe that way why the romance fell flat. That and the lack of chemistry. However, their acting were perfect. The script's characters were the problem.

I would not rewatch because... read the above. The story was pretty boring. I just watched for all the actors. This story would fail as a book.

The music... was laughable. In the first few episodes, I was hoping they would fire the music consultant. Happy music in killing scenes, up-beat tones for sadness etc. You'd go crazy, so go with care. I think they changed the consultant though, because it does get better at around ep 7.

I would advise to watch this for the actors and the scenery. If you can pull through the first 5 episodes, you might like the story. I watched for Gwi so I regret nothing. I'm a lifelong fan of His Prettiness Lee Soo Hyuk now. He makes evil look so hot for 20 episodes. I never lost my zeal for Gwi because of his amazing portrayal.

I watched this because I loved "Heartless City" so much. This movie compares both favourably and unfavourably.

The action, if that's what you're looking for, is superb. The production quality and acting was also executed skilfully. I have no complaints on those topics. Actually, the main lead's acting and the action / gun fighting kept me watching this movie. The villain was also believably and horrendously villainous with a human side. This movie touches on the complexity of humanity's dark side.

But I skipped my ay through this movie. Why? Because the romance fell way flat. I like my movies and dramas and books to have a strong romantic presence... like "Heartless City". In this movie, the romance was used as a catalyst but it was not believable at all. Firstly, the identity of the woman was unbelievable - he would fall for her given who she was? Could have been done way better with a different woman (I don;t mean actress, I mean a different character entirely).

And the ending.... omg, no one could make me believe, even in dramaland which I am fond of and know my way around, that that ending happened. I mean, look at the scene before the last one and someone explain to me what the hell happened for it to turn out like it did in the 2nd to last and very last scene! If you watch it, you'd know what I mean.

It all could have been done better - except the action which was already excellent. I would rewatch the action scenes and the opening scene, bit nothing else.

This drama just blew me away! It was unexpectedly the best production I have ever seen - be it Hollywood, or Asian movies/ TV shows. Everything from the Cinematography, the music, the casting and acting, the story, the period..... EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

10/10 for everything. I still think of this drama even years later. I became an instant fan of Moon Chae Won and Park So Hoo. I watch all their dramas because of this one drama. I loved all the cast, down to the king and everybody. This story never lagged and the way it tied into history was enchanting as well. It all compounded with the scenery and cinematography - which was on par with Lord of the Rings!

You will not regret watching this movie. It even crosses all the genres. Romance, Action, Suspense, History, a little comedy, Fluff, and it's depth and complexity is also remarkable.

Great lakorn with great acting and lots of sweet moments. This sounds like a revenge drama, but it's so not. It's sweet and cute with enough intense spice to keep you interested. There's comedy too, so it's lighthearted and less serious. I liked this balance. It worked really well for me. Plus, the chemistry between the main leads, as well as Thaywa's younger sis and bf, were awesome. Raveet and Thaywa had perfect chemistry right from the flower shop. What do you need better than that?

The main male lead is taking revenge for his sister - only he's so very bad at it. So bad, he doesn't even bother. He fell in love a first sight and he stayed in love right until the very end. When she's not in front of him, sometimes he's be "I'll make you hurt, Raveet!" but then she comes in front of him and he's all sweet and charming and caring. Sometimes he's reminded of his revenge mission, but he forgets 2 seconds after. In fact, he gave up on that pretty soon. His priority was just to build a family with her.

The star of this show has to go to Tawan, though. She's the best wingman I've ever seen in a movie/ drama. Raveet had no chance against that father-daughter duo. She is so cute and smart and precocious! I wanted to reach in and hug her. She was an adorable daughter to two loving parents. The family moments were to die for. I wish there was more.

The insane award goes to Davika. I can't believe her family let her roam free and her bro indulged in her madness at the expense of his life and happiness. She should have been locked up in a mental ward. The actress who played this role deserves an award, she did a great, outstanding job. Da is a weak character who cared only for herself and makes stupid, baseless assumptions that drives the plot forward and gives the show its spice, so I don't actually dislike her. I loved when Raveet, Thaywa and Tawan were being a family in front of Da. It made me go "Ha! You bish! Raveet is more loved than you!" because Da was loved and indulged by her entire family but one guy kinda broke her heart, and she's ready to give it all up. Pathetic.

The other characters were lovely to watch. Except for 3 women in the show, everyone loved and respected Raveet, very unlike some lakorns where everyone hates the female lead and only the male lead protects her. Here, her father in law and sis in law all expect Thaywa to take extra special care of her just because. And when he drops the ball sometimes (because lakorn drama) they let him have it. I like an In-law family that loves the female lead unconditionally.

So, in essence, this was an awesome show with outstanding (for me) characterization and execution. Loved it to pieces! Id's rewatch again in the future. By the way, there were so many kisses and bed scenes, I got my romantic fix fed. Awesome!

Best story and male lead in the series. Best male lead in a Thai Lakorn. He is patient, kind, understanding. The female lead tries his patience and sanity on a regular, but he knows how to interact with her without hurting her. No rape at all, despite the co-habitation plot. The romance in this is awesome!

This drama is also very short and great to pass the time. I loved this story so much, I wish there was just like 2 episodes more.

I love sweet romances full of kisses and cuteness and fluff, and I like Sung Hoon's appearance, his deep voice, and the way he makes handles every romance scene. That man could make me believe he's in love, he's a businessman, and he's charming.

Those are my purely frivolous reasons for rating this an 8.

It had everything that I liked so I rated it accordingly. When looking for stuff to watch, I don;t always want deep plot lines to go with the romance, just good plotlines.

This had a good plot (fluffy, but good), and it was maybe an episode too long, but who doesn't like longer when there's an abundance of kisses added to the long bits? I have to say, I adored the characters here, not only because Cha Jin Wook stood firm with his feelings on his girl. Not once did he give up on her.

Hearts all around!!

How did people not like this? Honestly, in the beginning, I thought "This might as well be a Disney movie," but then it got better. Way better.

I also confess to watching pieces of the drama months ago, so I basically knew the stroyline, but not enough to have the whole thing spoilt.

I found it entertaining, the costuming was fabulous, the lead pair were fantastically beautiful to look at, and the ending... I liked it. I really like this movie. One of the reasons I couldn't do the drama was the length of the drama and the too long story. This one was perfect in telling the story in a short time. But if you didn't know the story beforehand, you'd need some real good deduction skills to make sense of it. I guess that's why people called it choppy. But I liked this puzzle piece so much, I don't see a problem with it.

This drama never had a dragging moment! This is a sheer masterpiece of epic proportions. I recommend it to everybody. This ingenuity and creativity that went into this story and its characters were evident from the moment 'go'.

I admit, I was confused when episode 1 started, but it was a delicious, intrigued confused. By episode 2, no one is confused, just on the edge of your seat. By episode 14, there were some outcomes you'd expect in the story, but it was not all predictable. As I said, this drama never dragged ... and I was expecting it to since most 20 episode dramas have a tendency to drag the last 4 episodes. "Nine: Nine Times Time Travel" was a marvel from beginning to end, and at the end, the beginning was even more of a marvel. This was a perfect fit. Watch it and you'll see what I mean... but I warn - no skipping the drama to the end. It's more poignant and magical to see it as a whole.

The actors... were superb in their casting. Especially Lee Jin Wook - he carried this drama (not alone, but) the best. His acting was top notch and of course, he is handsome and gets even more so as the drama progresses. I think it's his character adding to his hotness. I love his suit scenes (which is every scene).

Joo Yoon He was also great and very pretty. Their characters made a really fitting and cute couple. I could see them living together forever lol. Her character did get annoying somewhere in the middle of the drama, but that really wasn't her fault. This actress did a great job.

The brother, the best friend, the villain, the dad.... every single cast member did a remarkable job. And of course, the production team. The best friend was so funny, he livened up even the serious moments. He was the best in this show imo.

Can't praise the workings of this drama highly enough. Go watch it.

It was okay.

Just okay.

I know the author's works and while interesting, this author is a bit long winded. However I still like her novels. This novel, I picked it up and put it down more than once. It just took too long for the protagonists to acknowledge their love.

I thought that since I had no patience to read it, why not watch it. I'm glad I did. I got to finish the story. However I will say the political machination scenes were lacking of common sense and weren't too intricate. I don't think it was solved in any logical way either. One day people were plotting and it was 'serious', the next day everything was solved and everyone was happy. It was too easy, not much effort going into it. It's because all the intricate details like concubines children, palace maids doing dirty work, inter-family relationships within the upper-class etc that were in the novel can't be put onto the screen. The fight scenes were a bit of a joke too.

However the actors are all beautiful to look at. I enjoyed watching their faces and clothing and the customs this author details in her work. I always enjoy her characters and I'm happy to see the production stayed true to the story as much as possible. This was not my favorite book by the author, but the (romance) story is still nice to see. Overall, it was an okay rode for when you have nothing to do and nothing to watch.

My favorite character is Princess Jiamin. The actress is so beautiful too.

Nice job.

Against my better judgement, I actually liked this slap and kiss lakon.

I usually don't like these things because I think the hero doesn't treat her right (if you're in love, show it with some tender touches please!) and doesn't grovel enough in the end. However, in this one, he's not so much of a dick until he get the confirmation he needs, and even then, he regrets his actions. Then he grovels for a whole episode. I like that it happened like that. Too long and it would have dragged, too short and I would have hated it. Romance is a plus here.

For the heroine, I like that she's strong and independent enough to leave him and stand up for herself. She's vulnerable but not weak during this show. I like her character a lot, much more than other lakon heroines. Plus, she cries so prettily! I think that's a requirement for Thai actresses.

Lee Jun Gi makes fantastic movies and his acting is always excellent. I love him and his acting. I watched for Lee Jun Gi and no other reason but soon, i found myself getting caught up in the movie. This is not original in any way, but then again, is life ever truly original? This is about a father's love for his daughter and his ability to protect her. It is also about what happens in life when we let the everyday worries take over - we forget what is really important. That is, family and also your health.

I also liked how 'daddy' was somewhat adopted by Lee Jun Gi's character. I felt for that young boy - he looked like he needed a protector too. My only beef is that the ending - we don't know what happens to those three boys. I wanted more and thought the story was a bit unfinished.

The story - I felt that this was what would happen in a Joseon period. The rich take advantage, but the Iljimae type combats it. I liked this movie a lot.

The music also had me dancing in my chair all the time. Loved it.

It's not an original story, but I confess, the reason I watched it is because it was not original. t followed a tried and true formula of a cold rich guy and the poor girl whose life eases because he loves her so much. I adore these, I adore doting stories, where the ml and fl stay together and support each other for the whole story. I won't put this on the same level as Well Intended Love, but it's got some elements of WIL that makes this cute to watch.

It's good to pass the time, you won't feel the urge to rush to the next episode, but if you're looking for a warm, light hearted drama with no fuss, and brings a smile to your face while you relax, this is one to consider.
