The last two minutes saved it.

I was so bored. This episode almost convinced me to drop this drama, but the cliffhanger genuinely had my heart beating faster. I'm going to give this drama one more chance with the next episode. If I don't like it, I'm dropping it.To mention a few more specific details: - I am not enthused by the love square they are setting up- There isn't a single character I unambiguously like; they either annoy me a little bit or leave me indifferent- The most interesting character for me so far is the real grandson, but who knows when he'll start playing a bigger role- The hotel plot is going too slow; I wouldn't mind if I was more interested in the characters, but since it's not the case...- I strongly believe that what Kang HaNeul's character and the other two who are involved are doing is deeply wrong, and I dearly hope that the drama will aknowledge that.

Five Stars

I did it! I followed someone's recommendation and started to watch Between Us! Bless them! ???Being a spinoff of a series I didn't have the chance to watch yet, I thought I would understand less than nothing, but I was surprised to know that between the context I had from the few spoiler free review I've read in the past few months and the little scene about Pharm and Dean, that many long-time fans haven't been very fond of, I had everything I needed to enjoy this story.I was baffled to discover that it took me less than any other drama I've watched to learn every character's name, normally it would take me at least two episodes, but I with them all I started remembering their names as soon as they got introduced. It was nice! It lessened the initial confusion I often experience! I still have to understand if it is because of any storytelling choice they made or I just instantly developed a connection out of thin air, though...I, in fact, feel already very invested in every character life and thoughts.I found myself in Team trauma and the way he respond to it, and especially I found myself in whatever the fuck Win has going on. Maybe that's just my middle child syndrome speaking, but I really get a lot of the things he says and the way he act. Or at least that's what I felt through this first episode.I thing I was not expecting is the way this episode ended, my mind kinda screamed "WOW! THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY!" but outside I was like "the woman was too stunned to speak".It's just one episode and I'm already so damn invested in this story! Haven't felt that since KinnPorsche! ????

What and emotional rollercoaster

I loved every bit of this couple and their storyline. It was the most realistic one by far and it really weighed on all of your emotions. You can’t really blame Puth for not wanting the friends with benefits type of relationship anymore and it was nice seeing him explore the possibility of being with someone else, but you could tell he was very conflicted with ending things with kaeng. Kaeng as a character is what really got me though. You can see his obvious want to date puth and him changing and trying to be a person that puth would like and want to stay with as more than friends even if all that resulted was them sleeping together. You can really see his inner turmoil with not wanting to let puth go and wanting to be an actual couple. This episode definitely pulled me in and made me feel all of the emotions. I was crying because I was so heartbroken at how sad Kaeng was and him literally watching the person he’s in love with fall in love with someone else. I feel like I was on that emotionally journey with him. I was scared that he wasn’t going to get his happy ending but I’m glad Puth came around and realized he loved Kaeng too. This was truly a beautiful and heart wrenching story and I really enjoyed it. These will probably be the only 2 episodes out of this series that I would rewatch. The fact that it was only 2 episodes was surprising to me because it actually felt fine. It didn’t feel rushed, or forced at all. The way they went about unfolding and developing this relationship within 2 episodes was perfect. I have no issues at all. Great couple and great episodes.

Greatest couple and storyline so far

I went into this episode with very high expectations given that it has the highest rating out of all of the episodes in this series, and boy was I not let down. First of all, the chemistry between these 2 actors are great and definitely the best. I have to admit I did like the friends with benefits trope bc I feel like it’s a trope we don’t see often especially with how realist it is. Friends with benefits never end well bc someone always ends up catching feelings and as much as you don’t want to like Kaeng, you really start to gain sympathy for him. First did an amazing job portraying Kaeng and his emotions and you can really start to see how this type of relationship can take a toll on one, if not both parties. This was very good.

I thought I was watching UWMA

This was one of the most waited and anticipated series this year and the episode first 40 minutes gave me more UWMA the series. I know many will say that it was the plot but I didn’t see much of win and team development plus it looked like the 40 minutes were clips grabbed from the previous series. My overall the first 40 minutes were BORING!!

Wonderful slow burning romance with characters that stay true to their personalities

I looooooved this show. The love story and romance is all developed through actions and that made watching all the more powerful. I also found it refreshing how well the characters were delineated, and neither the ML or the FL suddenly changed their personalities for the romance. They were both very stubborn, both incredibly intelligent, and unapologetically straightforward. I loved how made mistakes, both hurt one another, both redeemed themselves and went to great lengths to save one another. The love is very clearly present, even if neither (especially the FL) says it outright or admits it. It's in the actions. So much love. I was rooting for Xian Song the whole way, and finished the show satisfied. Definitely recommend!!!

Yay?

I guess they did I love who you are inside and not the wrapper. Not really into this kind of relationship but hey, we got a BL kiss. Vier still sucks. You guys can say whatever you want about it. I loved the mom's acceptance and there's a trans message there. Sean leaving was heartbreaking too but necessary. MennLove interaction in the dorm was heartfelt too. It's just Vier that can go and suck on a lemon.

The competition begins!

And it kind of sucked actually. The best bit? Love crying over Tangmo dying in the game. Vier is not reddeeming himself and what with this world??? They have unicorns, wishes, girls transforming into guys but still homophobia??? Are you freaking kidding me??? Ugh... My Tangmo opened his heart and got rejected but only because Love still needs to come clear. I still need my BL HEA. If Vier keeps all his teeth is because Tangmo is a better person than me.

Vier

I'm not buying you anything. I get that you want to shove it to your father but you were a really bad friend to beautiful Tangmo and you haven't even said sorry. Anyways... That hug from the siblings was way more touching that it was allowed. My heart. The mom is a WORKER. Props to her. BTW, what are these guys studying for. For real???

Love , honey...

Stop right there. No need to go all harsh on Menn. Poor baby just wanted to pursue you. So Sean is the one that doesn't exist. Bummer. Right now the only Flying the BL flag is my dear Tangmon. The way he went all protective got me swoony!!! This better deilver in the BL fron or I'll riot.

Yup I gave it a 10

Why? Because it's probably one of the best Korean mystery thriller /police investigation dramas I've seen. And I've seen a lot! It's my favorite genre. I got into Korean entertainment because of movies like Memories of Murder and Old Boy. Am I saying Blind is as good as these 2 movies? Heck no, but I am saying it's better than most of the mystery dramas out there. Is it easy to guess the who dunnit? Yes, for me it was, but I did second guess myself a lot which is unusual for me. It was also fun getting to the conclusions. Blind has murder (somewhat grisly), intrigue, and enough twist and turns to keep the watcher engrossed. The writer Kwon Ki Kyung only has one other drama under his belt, a romance so I'll pass, but I hope to see more from him. Shin Yong Hwi did a great job directing. He has titles like Tunnel and Bad Guys under his belt. He maybe be the only director I have as a favorite. There are some continuity issues, but the were unimportant. I can't even remember what they were to tell the truth. The camera and editing are also quite good. Two main points I love about the production: (1) they don't push an unnecessary romance; and (2) the flashbacks are not over done. Both are big pluses in my book! Just like the crew, the cast did a great job from the fantastic child actors to our leads. Ok Teac Yeon and Ha Seok Jin were great as the quick tempered (and quick to throw a punch) police officer and his older brother, the emotionless Judge. Jung Eun Ji rounds out the leads and leant a need dynamic to the story. The supporting cast were equally as good, if not better, espcially Park Ji Bin. This was my 2nd time seeing him in a drama and my 2nd time not able to take my eyes off him. Yeah he's a cutey dimple face, but that's not why. His acting is somewhat mesmerizing to me. The first time I saw him was earlier this year in The Killer's Shopping List. It's hard to take a scene from intrepid scene stealer, Lee Kwang Soo, but Park did it. I hope to see his work more, too.The music was good. It supported the scenes and added to the suspense as it should. I may uncharacteristically watch this again just to see if there were any clues I missed.Overall Blind was a fun ride. It doesn't waste time pulling you in. I highly recommend this to any lover of mystery, investigation, and/or revenge dramas.

I don't care about anyone else.

Give Tangmo his HEA you cowards!!! Ok, Love is in a pickle and if I were her, I wouldn't give Vier the time of the day. Let's talk NICELY???? That's the smile more equivalent. Sean, baby, you sneaky little sh*t. I salute you. Still need to see if he's impersonating or pulling a Love with this Rose character. My ships are sinking. Ugh...
