editSynopsis

The series is based on the Japanese shojo manga "Zettai Kareshi" by Watase Yu. Manga Synopsis - Riiko (in the drama Guan Xiao Fei) is a girl unlucky in love. One day a strange-looking salesman gives her a business card for a website that sells "love figures" (androids designed for love-making). On the spur of the moment and without really understanding the implications, Riiko orders her perfectly made man for a 3-day free trial, actually not realizing that after the trial she either has to pay an awfully big amount of money or return the robot. It so happens, that she actually starts liking the robot for real, naming him Night. She has a best friend, who is secretly in love with her... So here start the strange adventures of these 2 people...

I just finished watching it. I love all the characters in it. I really liked the ending, it wasn't what I really wanted to happen but I loved it. What i like more was in ep. 09 or 10, not remember, when another guy comes in the drama to fight for the girls love, not in the right way, I like this part because in my mind I already knew who she was going to pick but when that new guy comes in the story my thoughts were a little confuse to who she was going to pick. But at the end I was very glad to who the picked.

    THIS IS AN AMAZING DRAMA!

Well, although Ku HyeSun's voice is dubbed, you could see her brilliance in acting. She was able to deliver her acting very well and especially ZongXhi they had more chemistry than Jiro Wang. (HAHAHAHA, biased much? XD)

If you want to watch a pure love story but fictional (Well because its impossible to have a robot boyfriend) this is the drama that you've been looking for. It's like fighting against all odds for your love to prevail

I actually think my heart just broke. That ending was painfully sad. Plus there wasn't even a happy ending with ZongShi to make me feel better. \(T^T)/ I adored NaiTe and ZongShi both. And despite the fact that I'm so upset, I really loved this drama. Felt much deeper than the Japanese version. <3

There are so many great Taiwanese actresses out there. I don't know why Koo Hye Sun, a mediocre Korean actress was cast as the female lead. Her weird facial expressions, fake laugh, and dubbed voice made me want to drop this drama. The only reason I finished it was because Jiro did a good job playing Night.

I really had a good surprise, i usually don't have much expectations with adaptations, even more when there is already one that i enjoyed, but it was well done with a good and convincing cast (even if Hye Sun's dubbing is just awful). I fell for each characters, been heartbroken when they were, happy when they were, annoyed with them. And even angry at them for sometimes being foolish as i would be to a real person. I'm happy i watched it.

Now, let's meet again in 50 years to see the continuation. We will all be old but Jiro won't age.

    Watching ep. 9 now.

I think Nai Te is way more human like than his Japanese counterpart Naito. And when I was watching Zettai Kareshi I found Riiko and Naito both a bit annoying. I loved Soshi though ~~
In this version I'm loving Nai Te and liking Xiao Fei too. They're cute n.n Zhong Shi is also quite good but he's somewhat annoying...

I also like how the versions are similar yet still really different.
Like in Zettai Kareshi they didn't have Jun Shu but in this one they has. And in J-version the brother of Soshi was his big bro and in this one it's lil bro.

Gonna continue watching now. Once again TW version is more dramatic than J-version.
