This drama started out with the full potential of humor, casting and storyline. It really hooked me after the first few episodes. I thought the secondary characters played by Paul Hsu and Tia Li kept this drama more interesting and lively than if it depended on the main leads and I dare say they were the best part of this drama. As for the storyline and writing, it seemed repetitious and emotionally unrealistic after the first 12-15 or so episodes, and it was a struggle to complete this series because of that. Also, there was just way too much talking and explaining from supporting characters the last 3 or so episodes.

Usually I enjoy Roy Chiu in dramas, but felt some of the scenes required ranges

Finally Megan Lai in a big time drama as the female lead and I feel the need to watch anything Roys in…

Story: Started off funny, interesting and a bit like City Hall actually but quickly turned into a drama with an extremely slow plot and lack of direction. A lot of things happened towards the end that came out of nowhere and just didn’t make sense. There were just a lot of things the writers could have done to make it more interesting. It was way too predictable, slow and a good 7 eps too long. It at least had a good ending=)

Acting/Cast: Loved the leads together. Megan is one of the better Taiwanese actresses out there. Roy is usually a good actor but

  • Roy is the lead in both. The story gives off a similar feeling.

  • These shows have similar feels to them. Both star unfashionable girls who go through a make-over. Also the male leads are rich guys who seem cold on the outside but are really sweet on the inside.

I've been putting this on hold for the longest time and when I had time to watch i end up not watching it. I dont really like to skip episodes. Is it worth watching till the end?

I have never watched a drama where the second lead girl was so pathetic as Vivian! Doesn't she have pride?! How could she hurt herself in order to try to keep Cheng Kuan?! UGH!!! >.<

I loved this drama in the first four or five ep then I literally forced my self to finish it. After putting it on hold for months, it took all the courage I have to finish it after skipping many parts of course.
Finally, I deserve a prize or something for finishing this.

I think this drama was good and cute, but i must admit that the only reason i continued to watch it (after ep 12) was because I wanted to see what would happen to my favorite characters in the series, Sheng Jun and Xiao Ke :) They were so cute together!

I like Roy Chiu. I like the other actors and the story itself is okay. But I can't watch beyond 11 episodes, which I fast forwarded through. It's too dragging, sappy, without much sense and entirely not my kind of drama at all.. :(

Hate when writers ruin a great drama. I skipped four episodes. I refused to watch the nonsense ones. Otherwise it was good but be assured, I will never watch it again.

Ugh... I liked this drama, I really did! Why? 1. It has Roy Chiu who is super-hot (yep, I'm shallow!) and actually CAN act (it's pretty rare in t-dramas based on my observations), 2. there was humor that WAS making me laugh for the most time (unlike many other dramas, where the comedy part is just pathetically not funny), 3. the female lead was a a bit of a damsel in distress, but not very much - she was still likeable and 4. there is Guan Sheng Jun who is just too cute for his own good!

Still, I dropped it. Why? One word: DRAGGY! (ok, let's be honest, I dropped it also because of Vivian, she was super annoying)

Such a shame, it was a pretty good drama.

This show was good. I loved Roy Chui on it. It tends to be a little bit draggy at some points & kind of sappy at others but it is worth your time.

Why do people in this drama keep saying that Luo Si Yi and Gao Cheng Kuan are from two different worlds? First of all, there's only one world, and if you really want to compare, think about how Gao Cheng Kuan's father was Vivian's family's chauffeur. Just because he's the Deputy General Manager now and she's a secretary doesn't mean anything.

I haven't finished this drama yet, I usually have to put Taiwanese dramas on hold so I won't drop them (they circle the dang airport too long without landing towards the end) but I can say I have enjoyed it and look forwarding to seeing the end. However I will NOT miss Vivian saying DADDY all the damn time! I don't think I will ever be able to watch another drama with her in it without flashbacks.

I like that! With flashbacks! She's already irritated me to no end! ANd hopefully Cheng Kuan's mother gives me a better feeling later because right now she irritates me too.

The drama wasn't amazing or disappointing, but it had the potential of being great, I just think 23 episodes was too much for the story line, plus i think some of the characters werent developed very well, like Vivian's and TianAi's, Vivian's was the worst, one minute she hates him and the next she's in love with him but why? because he's in love with someone else, I know there's always Vivian's character in dramas, but her's seemed really unrealistic,i just couldn't understand her mindset. But Overall, pretty good, the actors were amazing, and i loved the cute scenes, showing love and friendship ^^
