In both dramas the adult FL are hard working and independent, as children they were leading the relationship with ML.

Although there is a guy who likes the female lead- he always stays back and doesn't bother the couple's romantic relationships.

A lot of the scenes are around medical cases and inside a hospital.

The guy is a little cold with the girl at the beginning.. but warms up quite fast.

Both dramas have unusual bromances between a very young-looking uncle and his nephew.

They are both romantic C-Dramas where the main people are either doctors or lawyers. They both seem to have met before the beginning of the drama.
